What's nearby:
The beach is a short walk to the west, allowing you to spend your days searching for shells, flying kites, or just strolling together at sunset. Take a walk into downtown Seaside along the Promenade, which is also a few blocks west, and make a stop at the Seaside Aquarium (three-quarters of a mile north). Or, take a short drive north to the Seaside Outlet Mall (two miles north) to do a little shopping.

Great home and location!

Great home, tons of places to sit and sleep, everything clean and working, loved our time here!Location is about 2.5 blocks of homes from the promenade and dunes, then about a block and a half of dunes before you reach the sand. 'Quiet area of the beach which is just as nice, if not nicer, than the busy area in front of the hotels.

Beautiful and comfortable!

This lovely home was extremely comfortable for our rainy February visit to Seaside. Our family really enjoyed the gas fireplace (living room ) and the gas stove in the media room after blustery walks on the beach. Would definitely stay there again.

That just perfect place!

Everything! The home is incredibly cozy but not small. The beds offer dream like comfort. The ocean is a very pleasant 4-5 minute stroll and plenty of sand to settle in to. And the location is perfectly far enough away from the busiest part of town.

Awesome beach house!

Great property, great location and cool house! TV room is awesome and a sports fan’s dream! Beds are comfy and plenty of room throughout. Shed is well equipped for any local/beach activity. Love the location being far enough away from downtown that it’s quiet and beach is all yours, but close enough to walk or a 3 minute drive to the fun of downtown Seaside. Love this property!!!

Beautiful Home

The home was perfect for the 5 of us, very comfortable and spacious. Everything we needed in the kitchen for making meals. Beds were wonderful, we all slept great. Beach was within a few blocks so easy for walking. Also a couple of good restaurants within walking distance. We will definitely consider renting this place again when we visit Seaside next year.

Nice home- feels cozy! There’s definitely a touch of a family in the home decorations. The location to downtown is definitely doable —We walked both the promenade walkway and through the neighborhood! The beach is just a block and a half away -if you have a load of beach equipment ya gotta have a wagon. They have a great bbq grill that looks pretty darn new and works great. Make sure if you want to use the living room fireplace you confirm that it works. It was not working for our stay; however, the little one in back TV room worked great and heated up the room.

Lovely surprise

Due to an issue with the condo we had booked three months ago, on arrival to check-in they told us that they had to move us, but had no room. The lovely people at Vacasa found us this wonderful gem as a replacement stay, and we are so glad they did. The house is absolutely beautiful. I had no idea that it existed, but it was kismet. My family and I loved the home. It is close to the beach, and not far from the Promenade. It was beautifully clean, the rooms were spacious and the master King sized bed was the most comfortable I've ever slept in. My only wish was that the Jacuzzi tub was working - there's a leak, and I hope that gets fixed in the near future because we are definitely going to stay here again. If it weren't for the error from the prior condo, we never would have found this wonderful home to have our weekend stay in. The fireplace, the fire pit, the big kitchen. The story behind the home was bittersweet and endeared us even more to it. We will be happy to book here again the next time we visit - we are only about two and a half hours away. Thank you for the wonderful experience!

Hide and seek sushi 😆 but would still stay again.

This house was perfect for our soccer tournament at seaside. We could walk or drive to the event. So close to downtown and the beach. The house was pretty darn perfect. There was a sign on the jetted tub to not use the jets because they leaked. However it still leaked even without the jets on. More concerned for the downstairs ceiling than anything else. Beds were very comfortable. Lots of extra pillows and linens. The room with a bunk bed was great for kids. And the youth loved having three tvs to put video games on. We used the grill and stove and everything worked well. There was however a funny situation that I tried messaging the number they were communicating to me with but never heard back. There was a funny fishy smell from the moment we stepped into the house. Later in our stay in the bunk bed room I found a bunch of old sushi folded up nicely into a blanket that was in the closet. I discarded it, washed the blankets, yet the next two days there was still a fishy smell in the house. We played hide and seek for more sushi or anything else that might be causing the smell, but no luck. All said and done it was something to laugh about and didn’t ruin our trip. Would stay there again.

Loved the house, only issue was bunk bed ladder not attached so a little dangerous with toddlers sleeping there. House clean other than there was a fine black powder of some sort that was in several kitchen drawers, had to wash thing before we could use
