Elegant villa with private swimming pool in a quiet village near Porec

The house benefits from an excellent location at the edge of a very quite village of Vabriga. The village is located between vibrant towns of Porec (6 km) in the south and Novigrad (9 km) in the north.There is a hotel resort only 1 km away with nice beaches ( pebble, concrete and sand ) and excellent water sports facilities , tennis courts and bike rentals . Our guests get pass for free parking and entrance . If you would like to do horse riding or go carting , they are located only 5 minutes by car from the house.The village has a very well equipped new supermarket store and another grocery shop with a butcher shop and their own bakery.. Also not far away there is a fishmonger with daily fresh supply of fish.
There are few restaurants and bars in the village within walking distance from the house.

Villa has two double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and one twin room with additional bathroom. It can easiliy accommodate up to 8 guests . We can also provide a cot and high chair for baby. There are two teraces , one with BBQ and swimming pool for sole use. For our guests we have install A/C and free WIFI . One parking space is gated and there are plenty of free park spaces in front of the house.
For our guests we have prepared our list of restaurants in the area , beautifull places to be seen and other great interesting things to do while you are here. Vabriga has excellent position for exploring Istria and all interesting places are within short drive.
We will also share with you where you can buy excellent , award wining , olive oil, goat cheese
fresh shells and locally grown fruit and vegetables in the village.
