About this property

House T3 (with garage). just renovated, rented since 27/5/19, located 1 km from the city center of LR, towers, aquarium, beaches and casino on the mall (5 minutes by bike). The island of Ré easily accessible.
Very nice garden, full south with garden furniture deckchairs and barbecue. Tennis courts free access to 100m. 2 to 3 new bikes rented 6 eur per day or 25 eur per week All shops at 200m. Beds 2 beds 140 (possible in addition 1 bed of 90 and / or a bed bb).
Very quiet area
Housing bright, functional, comfortable, with nice garden and garage (house xx70m2 and garage in the basement)

Small railroad nearby but only for freight trains, passage at very low speed, (1 in the morning and 1 in late afternoon)
Rental of 2 bikes nine adults with padlock if necessary. Remember to take a bike carrier for children and / or children's bikes because we do not have

Gezellig huis met grote tuin in rustige buurt

Wij hebben een zeer fijne vakantie gehad. Wij werden zeer goed ontvangen door de eigenaars. Als je hen een bericht stuurde, kreeg je steeds meteen antwoord. Het huis is eenvoudig maar je hebt alles wat je nogig hebt. De tuin is wat verwilderd maar erg rustig om te zitten en veel schaduw om je terug te trekken op een ligstoel met een boek. Het huis ligt op fietsafstand van het centrum. Het is een bruisende stad vol leven en vermaak. Vele lekkere restaurantjes, moeilijk kiezen in het grote aanbod, gezellig winkelen, veel straatanimatie. Echt de moeite. Je kan fietsen huren bij de eigenaars voor 35 eur per week per fiets wat een schappelijke prijs is en ook wel handig in die buurt. Veel winkels in de buurt, zelfs een carrefour express op loopafstand. Massa´s bakkers in de omgeving. Wij hebben echt genoten van deze vakantie

Schönes Ferienhaus - günstig gelegen

Bei dem Ferienobjekt handelt es sich um eine Doppelhaushälfte mit einem schönen, großen Garten. Das Haus liegt in der Nähe der Radroute, von der man schnell zur Île de Ré gelangt. In die Innenstadt kann man auch zu Fuß laufen (ca. 20 min). Bäcker und Supermarkt sind in Laufweite (500 m - 1,5 km). Der Garten hat Potenzial und ist ein echter Pluspunkt. Insgesamt wirken Garten und Haus ein wenig vernachlässigt.

Goede ligging met + en - punten

Om in La Rochelle te komen met de fiets, lopend of met de bus ligt deze gîte zeer goed tov. het centrum. In de gîte was alles aanwezig. Alleen de kwaliteit van de spullen en de inrichting is minimaal. De verhuurders zijn gastvrij en vriendelijk.
