This bathroom is shared by those bedrooms and is within a few steps of both bedroom 2 and bedroom 3. Additional Sleeping (sleeps 2) Queen-size sleeper sofa in living room. Pack n' Play. The Neighborhood:
Located just off of Ski Hill Drive at the base of Peak 8, this home is just steps away from the best that Breckenridge has to offer. Ski for a few hours, come home for lunch, and then hit the slopes again! One the FREE shuttle route which comes every 15 minute. The shuttle will take you to and from Main Street Breckenridge in 5 minutes. This location is the BEST!
Getting Around:
Walk a few blocks uphill to the ski area base (Peak 7 and 8) or take the free bus to the base (Peak 7 and 8) or to Main Street. The house is located between two shuttle stops. On the way up to the ski area base, use the bus/shuttle stop by the Nordic Center. This will allow for a downhill walk to the stop. On the way back to the house, take the bus/shuttle from the ski area base to the Gold Camp stop and walk downhill to the townhome. The shuttle will also take you to the middle of Main Street Breckenridge. Shuttle comes every 15 minutes and runs until 11:30pm every day. Parking – 2 spaces (1 inside of garage and 1 outside of garage).
Other Things to Note:
Cancellation Policy: Once the reservation is confirmed and the first portion of the payment has been made, those funds are non refundable. The remaining balance will be due thirty days before your arrival. Once the balance is paid, that portion is also non-refundable. If the ski area shuts down or a public health order prevents us from hosting you during your reserved time, you will be eligible for a full refund or will be able to reschedule. This vacation was amazing. The property was spotless, quiet and had everything needed imaginable. Property management accessible (if for nothing but compliments), location very convenient to town and hiking trails. Couldn’t recommend a better place.

Had an extended stay in this property through the winter and spring, and couldn’t have been happier! The condo itself is in pristine condition, in a terrific location, and is ideal for entertaining guests of all ages. The property management team is outstanding. Even my dog was happy! Look forward to staying here again asap.
My husband, I and our two children (age 14 and 10) had a great time stayed at this condo during our winter vacation at Breckenridge. The unit is very clean, and the location is very close to the town and the bus stop. We really enjoyed using the bathtub especially when it started snowing in December. I can’t thank you enough to the wonderful staff that they responded so fast when we realized that my husband I had forgotten our work laptop bag at the condo on our last day before we had to fly out back to DFW from Denver. The property manager immediately shipped our laptop using top priority and we received it just in time before we had to be back in the office. I most definitely recommend this unit for your stay at Breckenridge!

We absolutely loved staying at Foxwood
West! We were there for a month and had 2 different groups of family there with us at different points during our stay. We had a couple of issues during our stay that the management was very responsive in taking care of, and we were so appreciative of that. Although the townhouse is listed as a 3 bathroom, it is actually a 2 1/2 bath, with the half bath being upstairs near the kitchen, which is very convenient. All the bedrooms are downstairs, and the master has its own bath, while the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms share a bath. This was the most well-stocked kitchen I’ve ever had in a rental unit, and the beds were very comfortable. Many extra pillows, towels and paper goods. The hot
tub is serviced every few days, so we always felt confident about its cleanliness. Great washer and dryer.
This is a wonderful location off of Ski Hill
Road, walkable to the Epic Discovery Center at the top of Peaks 7 & 8, and the Cucumber Gulch Preserve Nature Trail is just at the end of the street, for wonderful hiking. This ties in to the Nordic Center cross country trails. The entrance at the end of our street opened on July 6. If you’re looking for a wonderful place to decompress for a month, this is it! We were there for the month of July and were not ready to leave! Looking forward to next summer in our property already booked with Fonda and J.T. Thanks to you both!
We really enjoyed our stay at your beautiful home. Everything was as we saw and read online. The only negative thing I had to mention as the shared wall with the other occupancy we could hear the kids running up and down the stairs. Other than that this is a beautiful home and was fully furnished for our needs. Great location specially if you’d like to go skiing, and snowshoeing.
I stayed for three weeks and had a great experience. Management was awesome to communicate with. I truly appreciate how well-stocked and clean everything was. You are within walking distance to the free bus rides, and walkable to town as well!
The property was wonderful - high ceilings, very clean and all basic amenities were there - spices, paper products, etc.
It is a short walk to the top of peak 8 - and a free condola ride down and up. Or if you are a biker, a short bike ride up and bike and condola ride down.
The hot tube was inspected and tested 2 times the week we were there - the technicians told us it was just to make sure all it good - which made it feel really safe and clean.
The neighbors who live around the property were so nice and welcoming.
Found a nice walking path into town. .75 mile. Went to a concert at Dillon amphitheater - what a wonderful venue. The whole trip was great.

We had a wonderful stay at Howell House, just off of Ski Hill Road and on Peak 8. This house is just as pictured and was very clean and had everything we needed. The fireplace in the master bedroom/bath is beautiful! We loved the location....we were just a few feet from the Cucumber Gulch nature preserve, so had amazing hiking any time we wanted and were able to see moose and even a bear! We would highly recommend this house and really enjoyed everything about our stay.
We loved the condo. It was well stocked and very clean. We will be staying here again!

This was our first time staying in Breckenridge and we couldn’t have been happier with the property. The home was comfortable, fully stocked with all the basic necessities and more. We enjoyed relaxing by the fireplaces and hot tub. As a Vrbo owner myself, I would highly recommend staying at the Howell House.
The townhouse has a spacious layout. We had 4 adults and 3 children. The hot tub was on the deck and we could easily life guard when the kiddies were enjoying the tub after skiiing. Large dining table which was great for a large group.
Howell House was very clean and better stocked than most short-term rentals with everything you need except the groceries. Beds were comfy and towels were plentiful. One con was that it is listed as a 3 bath home, but it has 2 full baths and 1 half bath. We didn’t bring salt & pepper because the listing stated that spices were provided. Made a 2nd trip to store because salt & pepper shakers were empty. We set the thermostat lower than we do at home & were cozy.
We booked this house for our first family ski trip out west. It was very spacious and clean. There was plenty of space to spread out or all gather in the living room for a movie. The kitchen has everything you need to cook at home. We were so happy to be able to bring our dogs as well. The location between peak 8 and town is great! I really appreciated the information on the Vrbo info page to tell us the best bus routes to and from the lifts. The TV’s are equipped with Netflix and infinity so kept all the kids happy in the evenings after a day of skiing. Fonda was always fast to answer my questions before and during the trip. We would highly recommend this property and plan to stay here again!
We came here with a group of friends in January. It was the perfect place for all 7 of us. The shuttle was only a 5 minute walk which was very convenient. The hot tub was perfect after all day on the slope. We had trouble with the pump and the host was quick to respond and fix the problem. We would love to come back and stay again!
Great location and easy walk to mountain. The condo is fully stocked with all the essentials for cooking and bathroom needs. Clean and home like feeling. Good space. The hot tub is constantly running and you can hear it while sleeping. It didn't bother me in the master but our guests had troubles sleeping. Heat in the bottom floor was always too hot or too cold.
The entire experience was perfect. From questions prior to booking until checkout I felt like the hosts went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of.
Perfectly clean, organized, and stocked. Our group of 5 cooked a meal, used the hot tub, watched a movie, and all had plenty of space. The beds were comfortable. The garage was easily accessible.
This is a premium location to be equally close to the slopes and Main Street. Getting around to either, even with plenty of snow, was easy and just a few Minutes.
One thing we discovered on our last day is the Nordic lodge which is easily walkable from the house. They have food, a bar, events/music, and rent equipment for cross country skiing or snow shoeing. I look forward to checking it out the next time I’m in Breckenridge, and I’ll hopefully be lucky enough to get the same house as well.
