Join us for the white sand beaches, gulf breezes and once in a lifetime sunsets in a luxurious 3,000 sq. ft. multi-million dollar custom beachfront duplex! Villa Del Sol is a 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath Tommy Bahama furnished home steps away from the beach. The villa has a private beach sand path that leads directly to the Gulf. After a relaxing day at the beach, enjoy your own private pool/hot tub/outdoor shower/grill area as you listen to the waves. There are views of the Gulf of Mexico in almost every room with beautiful balconies to enjoy dolphin watching and gorgeous sunsets. The fully renovated interior has striking upgrades, but still maintains the comfort of a beach home. Villa Del Sol has the amenities needed for an easy transition to focus on relaxation on your vacation!

We currently are only doing weekend to weekend reservations for 7 day rentals (Saturday/Sunday). If you would. like to stay longer than 7 days check-in and check-outs will be accepted on non-weekend days. Please inquire for additional information.

There is also a private elevator for your convenience and ease.

Excellent family vacation

Our family of 8 thoroughly enjoyed our Ft Myers Beach vacation. Your home is beautiful. The kitchen is well stocked. There were plenty of games for our grandchildren to enjoy. They loved the pool. The beach was clean. It was not crowded. We are looking forward to returning.

A Lovely Oasis

While we truly enjoyed our visit to this wonderful home, the highest praise will come from our children (who loved the quiet and the long walks on the beach) and our grandchildren (who loved all of the activities the house and owners made available). A wonderful week and terrific owners who are both incredibly responsive and who go out of their way to make your trip great.

Amazing property and hosts

We can’t say enough great things about this place and the owners. The house was perfect, stocked with everything you could need and more. The pool was crystal clear, and the beach was amazing. Mike and Melissa were on topof everything, from a seamless check-in to answering our questions during the week. This property is a gem!

Absolutely stunning location

Great place right on beach as advertised. Elevator was a godsend with 80 year old mil. Every beach item/game you need is provided. Perfect relaxing trip.

Family spring break beach time

The little ones enjoyed the pool very much. We played some corn hole and hung out on the beach. Nice to be able to walk from the house right to the beach. Used the wagon for beach chairs and umbrella great time

Family vacation

Our first family vacation with two married children and two grand babies. This home was perfect with three ensuite bedrooms and the location was excellent! Waking to a full view of the gulf, enjoying the uncrowded beach just steps from the back door, and relaxing by the private pool made this a favorite place. Has everything you'll need

The property is nicely appointed - you don't have to leave for anything. We had groceries delivered right there - we couldn't have asked for more convenience, a nicer view or accommodations.

Beach Fun!

Beautiful property steps from the beach! The home was fully stocked with almost anything you might need, from kitchen to bedding to baby gear to beach/pool toys. When we arrived, the pool was green and cloudy. But as soon as we let the hosts know, they scheduled pool service immediately. Our family had a wonderful vacation and look forward to returning!

Fantastic week.

Our stay in Ft Myers was amazing. The home is on a beautiful stretch of the beach only a few steps from a beachside bar and restaurant. The home has everything you could think of. I would highly recommend this property.

An Amazing Vacation

This home was stunning and yet cozy and inviting...we brought our children and grandchildren and had such a fun and also relaxing vacation. Relaxation on the Beach

We would stay here again! Great communication with the owners. The house had everything we needed both inside and out. The location and beach were wonderful! The house was located far enough from the "busy" part of the beach, yet within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and the pier. Thanks for a great time!

Superb!!!

The location of the house was perfect! It is close to downtown but far enough away to not have crowds on the beach and very close to the grocery store. The owners were super easy to get ahold of and responded almost immediately. The house has everything you could want and more! The pool/hot tub were nice and private and the views of the ocean can't be beat. Would definitely stay here again!
