At Greensprings Vacation Resort, you will be able to enjoy some rest and relaxation, lounging in your own private whirlpool, or enjoying the indoor pool.

You can take a swim in either the indoor or the outdoor swimming pools, or enjoy a game of tennis, even at night, on the floodlit tennis courts. Of course, there is also plenty of great golfing at the resort-adjacent Nicklaus-designed golf course.

INCIDENTAL DEPOSIT: A $200 credit card authorization is due at check in. If you do not charge anything to your room, the deposit is released at check out and takes a few days to appear on your credit card.

The Welcome Center will send a detailed arrival letter with check in instructions and late arrival info once your reservation is paid in full. If you have late arrival, you must contact the resort directly.

Rooms are only booked in the name we receive from VRBO. We cannot add a name while you're en-route to the resort. Any additional name needed for check in, please add right away.

Joining the generations

I went to Greensprings along with my best friend, her granddaughter, my 17 year old son, his girlfriend and my two grandchildren (ages 3-6). We had the entire top floor of our building. Everything was clean. There was plenty of things to do for all age ranges. We would definitely stay again.

My experience at

When investigating a resort for a weekend getaway, I chose Green Spring Vacation Resort, because of all the amenities it suppose to offered. However upon our arrival, I found the place to be a total wreck. The place smelled as if had not been sanitized in months,, so much so that the smell (musky/mildew and urine) was lingering in the air. The carpet was so dirty that the color had left the scene (rip/torn and mildew, and the furniture was so dirty that you has to cover it with the linen that was designated for the bed, in both unit. The bathroom had not been cleaned, especially around the toilet. The situation was so bad the we had to purchase "air mattresses" to sleep on.
