You'll be within walking distance from the Free Ride shuttle stop, a half-mile stroll from the base of the Quicksilver Chair Lift (Peak 9), one block from the Speak Easy Cinema and the local library, and two blocks from live theater.

Our second time staying at this home. Great location and walkable to peak 9 lift (but bus stop only 2 blocks). Roomy with nice hot tub. Very close to Main Street for dining, shopping and late night activities.

Great house for a ski vacation!

Lots of room to spread out, hot tub was awesome and very clean. Dishwasher didn’t work great but otherwise everything else was good.

Nice place for a big group. We were bummed the hot tub wasn’t working. The local property manager responded quickly, however the vasca company didn’t reply and never refunded us, which was a little frustrating. Great location you can walk to Main Street, which is a plus !

Location!

Description says sleeps 10 and we are a family of 10. Everyone had a bed to sleep in. (Not in a pull out couch bed.) Plenty of room for everyone. Walk to town and to the slopes. Kitchen was well stocked with dinnerware, pots, etc. , as we cooked our dinner and ate in every evening. There are 2 living areas and 2 kitchens and 5 bedrooms. Worked very well for us.

This house was the perfect place to gather in Breckenridge with a few close friends. We walked downtown from the house in 5 minutes. The kitchen and bathrooms are stocked with supplies. Would definitely recommend!

Great owner, Great house/location

We met actual owner of home, he is a great guy and full of knowledge of area. The house is in great location of town, will return! Not impressed with Vacasa as a management group. Vacasa has tried to get us to use them for our own beach rental unit and we have refrained. Thankfully so, app is a great idea for renters but Vacasa is not always 24/7 as their site touts. I would not want my renters to have to use app and then WAIT for local manager to reply to Vacasa. Again, great house, great location, great owner. Management, Vacasa, leaves to much to be desired.

We have stayed at this house for the last three years, it never fails to impress. It's a quirky layout, but perfect for teens who need their space or two families together. Lots of space, walking distance to the bus stop and main street. Highly recommend!

This house is a great location and is good to accommodate multiple families with separate kitchens and living spaces. The beds are comfy and the hot tub is great for after skiing. Beware that temperature congruity for bedrooms is a challenge given the multi level set up and thermostat positions. The kitchen had ample accessories as well!

Perfect Gathering Place

This home was wonderful!! With a great Breckenridge location, just 3 blocks from Main Street and one block from the Free Bus, this home was perfect for our group whether we were skiing or relaxing in town. It is essentially 2 houses in one providing two kitchens and living rooms, offering privacy for groups or separate kid/adult areas in one connected home. We enjoyed the hot tub on the back porch in the serene and private setting, and even got a pass by visit from the neighborhood Fox. The home had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again!

This is a quirky old house in the historic district. The floor plan is unique, but perfect for a few families to each have their own space. You can't beat the location and the fact that it has parking for 3 cars! Second time we've stayed, and we've got a 3rd time already booked.
