With its cozy decor, beach so near, and private pool with furnished cabana in the large private back yard, your fully appointed Singer Island home awaits for all of your friends and family to enjoy!!

This is an "entire-house" listing, that is a fully private attached-home. Your friendly (yet private) neighbor lives between England and next-door...if they are in town, you may only see them in the driveway (if at all). The left side of the driveway is for their use, where the right side is all yours!

You won't be disappointed with this as your choice!! Definitely don't hesitate to ask if you have any questions!

It's on Singer Island where you are a short walk or bike ride to the beach, and close to all the water activities you can imagine....pair that with great restaurants, shopping and entertainment...this location is fantastic! The home itself is private, cozy, and has a very tropical feel.
