Entering on the second floor this beautiful ocean front 2 bedroom 2.5 bathroom you have a perfect view of the Atlantic ocean from your living and master bedroom. There is a bathroom conveniently located downstairs. It is furnished with a King in the master suite and a queen in the guest bedroom. Perfect condo for couples. There are three 55' TVs in this unit with DVR. Fully equipped kitchen complete with a dishwasher and keurig. Unit has a washer/dryer and its own internet access to save your phone on data. Newly renovated shower in masterbath.

The interior however was a bit tired. Kitchen needs a thorough cleaning and cabinet reorganization. Some dodgy wiring was a concern.

For us it's a matter of comfort and location. Location. Gets a 10,comfort gets a 7. A good night's sleep is the most important thing for us after a day on the beach. Unfortunately the mattresses have seen better days.

My only complaint is the lack of baking/cookies pans in the kitchen (no cookie sheets, casserole dishes, measuring cups, etc....basically nothing for oven cooking). Other than that, 406 is wonderful! The beds were very comfortable,and the condo was clean and inviting. We will definitely be back next year!!

It is nicely furnished. The appliances are what you would expect in your own home relatively new we believe and in excellent condition. In this condo you are looking direct at the Atlantic and a very short walk to one of the most beautiful beaches on east shoreline of Florida. Here, you are accessible to either St. Augustine, Palm Coast, and Daytona Beach. The only thing disappointing is that we are unable to get it for 2022.
