Huge. Incredible location just north of downtown on the Monon Trail in the popular Monon16 district. Immediate area offers quaint restaurants, breweries/distilleries and coffee shops all within walking distance! Freshly renovated interior & fully furnished (2 kings & 1 queen on 1st floor!) offers you and your guests the perfect retreat for your downtown visit! Lightning-fast Wifi & high-end amenities! Optional for large groups too - next door unit is connected and available

Super easy fully-furnished accommodations. Our three bedroom duplex is super spacious, fully renovated to its original charm.

The master bedroom is furnished with a king bed, bedroom two is furnished with king bed and bedroom three is furnished with a queen bed. All three bedrooms have closet space and drawers for clothing storage.

The living room has a 50" Samsung Smart TV and high-speed internet and a LED fireplace. The living room has 2 comfy couches and 1 lounge chair for lounging and hanging out.

Dining is at the large kitchen granite countertop.

The new kitchen has all new Whirlpool appliances.

Bathroom has some toiletries, and a hair dryer.

The backyard is right next to the Monon Trails

Washer and Dryer also located on the main level.

Came down for the basketball tournament and this was a great place to stay. Only 10 minutes from Gainbridge Fieldhouse. Property was super clean, will definitely stay here again when the tournament is back in Indy!

Great place to stay!

Just loved this vacation rental. Plenty of room to stretch and enjoy ourselves. All the amenities of home. Beds were comfy and the showers had great pressure. Bonus being right on the Monon Trail and a brisk walk to the Bottleworks section of town. Much enjoyed sitting on the front porch for eclipse viewing! I would definitely stay here again if we found ourselves visiting Indy. Thanks for the lovely stay!

Perfect Stay

It’s hard to find nice properties that are pet friendly, so I was pleasantly surprised when we found this home. The house was updated, clean, stocked, easy parking, perfect for pets, and Dale was pleasant to communicate with. We walked the Monon trail every morning and stopped at the local coffee shop. Location is great, with many downtown restaurants only a short Uber/Lyft ride away. We’ll be back!

This property is in excellent condition and is also in an excellent location. Another feature, if staying with extended friends/family, there is an excess door that can be unlocked so both sides may interact! Dale was extremely accommodating and great to work with. We had extra items to bring in preparation for our sons wedding. This place had room for us to park/store them in a safe neighborhood. We definitely recommend this as an excellent place to stay!

BEAUTIFUL HOUSE

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this property. The house was so beautiful and it was perfect for group. It was very relaxing and it felt like home away from home. The location was great, downtown and very convenient to explore downtown Indianapolis without driving far at all. The beds were very comfortable. The owner was very kind and professional. He responded right away and he was very respectful. I will definitely stay again when I come to Indianapolis. Thank you soooooo much!! My weekend was amazing!

Great location

Spent a weekend here for a friends wedding at tinker. Perfect walking distance and right on monon trail. The house was mostly clean besides it looking like a cleaning person had opened a vacuum to empty it and got it all over the floor but didn’t bother cleaning it up. Not bothersome but not what is expected from a rental with a cleaning fee. The A/c and heat are on a weird schedule so we had to adjust this ourselves. Otherwise the house was updated and the beds were extremely comfortable.

Charming townhouse on the Monon

This property features modern amenities while maintaining distinct charm, and it could not be more convenient for access to the Monon Trail. In addition to three bedrooms (2 larger rooms upstairs, a smaller room downstairs), there is a "bonus" office area on the first floor for those guests who need a bit of space to work. The combined great room and kitchen are perfect for breakfast or a quiet evening, with modern appliances and a cozy chic vibe. The owner was incredibly responsive and reached out to us proactively to be sure all was well when he noticed that we had not reset the Nest thermostat in the middle of a winter storm. Overall, a great property with lots of thoughtful touches and a very helpful host. Would highly recommend for a family with older children/teens or for a group of friends looking for a quiet, modern home base while visiting Indy.

Maybe more suitable in cooler months

AC did not work upstairs (the sleeping quarters) and could not be rectified during our stay. By day 3 it was unbearable and cockroaches appeared. This is all documented. Disappointing there was no compensation for all of the troubles and extra expense of a hotel room on the last night due to unlivable conditions. I would not recommend this property.

Home looked exactly like pictures! Clean, easy check in, nice street (with downtown Indy, sometimes you don’t know what you’re gonna get…), quiet nice neighborhood right on trail, beds were comfortable. Plenty of space for 2 couples! I would definitely book this place again. I was worried we may have issues with rowdy neighbors (being in a duplex) but we didn’t even hear them/know if anyone was even there. 10/10

Girls’ Getaway

Went to Indy for a concert, shopping, dinner and a few day girls’ getaway. Property was very clean, cutely decorated, conveniently located for our activities. Plenty of towels and TP. Nice sized rooms. No problem with parking. Easy check-in and check out process. Will keep this property on our list for future trips.
