Family home ideally located in a very sought after area of Saint Briac within a 3000m2 garden with trees, in a protected natural area.
Sea view from the kitchen open to a large lounge / living room. Sea view also from the five bedrooms, three of which have a bathroom.
Magnificent sea view that evolves during the day according to the tides. Access to the sandy beach is direct from the gate in the garden. South-facing, sheltered from the prevailing winds from the north and west, this beach is a climatic paradise in Brittany! Aperitif and evening barbecue in the garden when the orange light comes to illuminate the hulls of the boats of the bay, unforgettable memory!
On the beach you will also find the Yacht Club for dinghy, windsurfing or catamaran lessons.
The "Dinard Golf" is at 1km and the golf of Lancieux at 5km.
Shops are 1. 5km walk by the coastal promenade, 2km by road.
The house also includes a laundry room with a washing machine and a tumble dryer, a scullery and three toilets (one private in a bathroom).
The garden furniture is available for 10 travelers: tables, chairs, deckchairs, parasols, barbecue ...
