Agréable séjour

Nous avons passé un très bon week-end entre amis. Propriété idéalement placée au bord de la mer, calme, à proximité immédiate des chemins de randonnée. Cependant l’intérieur de la maison mériterait un bon rafraîchissement : elle est restée dans « son jus » des années 70, moquette dans les escaliers et dans les chambres,mobilier du séjour en rotin, salles de bain commençant à dater, cuisine vieillotte.... Par rapport au prix demandé, quelques travaux s’imposent mais l’emplacement est unique!!

Merci pour votre retour, je suis heureux que vous ayez passé un très bon WE dans notre maison et que vous ayez apprécié l'emplacement. L'aménagement date effectivement de la construction dans les années 1980, comme présenté sur les photos et décrit dans l'annonce. C'est une maison familiale qui a son caractère et son histoire, elle est fonctionnelle, en très bon état, propre et saine, nous sommes très attachés à son entretien et à sa bonne conservation.
