Great Access to the beach beautiful views

Property offers secure parking which was perfect (a block away) - otherwise it would have been very difficult. Very well located. Offered beach chairs and umbrellas which not many other properties offer. Property owner was very responsive to calls and queries a pleasure to deal with.

Calpe sun holiday

Excellent location, lovely shower & well equipped kitchen. Lounge, bedroom & balcony a little tired. Door locks difficult to use. Aircon available in lounge & effective. Great beach location & very quiet despite location above restaurants.

Beach time as it's best

Lovely small and clean apartment with a fantastic view. Just grab your towel and you can jump in the ocean. Great at night for a walk at the paseo or just enjoy sitting on the balcony and watch people passing by. The conversation with the owner was very nice and he answered my questions quickly. Also the handover of the keys with the company was uncomplicated and the ladies were friendly. We were happy to use the umbrella and chair provided and some sand toys for our kid. Only to mention that the power outlets in the apartment were a bit loose and not so clean and if you turn on the air condition the water flows on the balcony. Overall we had a great stay in the apartment.

Tolles Appartement mit Meerblick, direkt an der Promenade und kurzer Weg ins Zentrum. Küche und Bad neu und sauber. Strandliege vorhanden.Gastgeber super, Kommunikation ohne Probleme. Sehr empfehlenswert. Leider kein Pool.

Het app was heel goed gelegen. Heel goede douche met sterke waterstraal. Keuken was goed uitgerust. Airco was een pluspunt. Goede bedden die opgemaakt waren. Handdoeken beschikbaar, maar 1 per persoon voor 8 dagen vonden wij wat weinig. Stopcontacten zouden eens nagekeken moeten worden. De ligzetels en parasols zijn echter wel aan vervanging toe.

Literie , coussins taché par la transpiration très moyen terrasse très moyen , table de la terrasse horrible , chaise longue en stock pourri ,armoire dans les chambre et salon très moyen avec beaucoup de matériel stocké , cafard … Prise électrique défectueux La seule chose positive est l emplacement .Je ne recommande pas ce logement Très déçue Chantal et Daniel

Table et chaises de terrasse neuves achetées en juin Chaises longues destinées à la plage remplacées tous les deux ans Prise de terrasse brûlée par mauvaise utilisation par le locataire précédent et remplacée à la fin du séjour car signalé par le personnel de nettoyage

klanten gekomen zonder de huurKontrakt dus krijgen per telephoon alle informaties Appartement volledig in orde : na het instaleren van niewe vensters : dus twee verschillende ploegen hzbben het klaar gemaakt. Mensen hebben nieks gezegt Parkplaats is veilig minder dan 100 m ver van het appartement met adress

Die Wohnung ist schön, müßte nur mal gründlich gereinigt werden. Im Bad in der Dusche ist Schimmel. Das Besteck hat seit Monaten kein Wasser gesehen. Der Ventilator ist offensichtlich noch nie gereinigt worden.Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr schön. Man hat alles was man braucht in der nähe.

Sehr schöne, direkt am Strand gelegene Wohnung! Sehr sauber und gut eingerichtet. Einziger negativer Punkt ist der Tisch auf dem Balkon. Sonst ist die Wohnung für zwei Personen sehr zu empfehlen.

Wohnung 205 im Haus Oceanic

Die Ferienwohnung war sauber und gut eingerichtet Allerdings waren die dunklen Vorhänge schlecht angebracht es fehlten auch Fliegen Gitter im Schlafzimmer so das man das Fenster zulassen musste Küche und Bad waren sehr gut ausgestattet Alles im allen waren wir sehr zufrieden

Direct aan strand en boulevard. Superlocatie.

Schoon, gezellig, alles aanwezig. Voor 2 personen prima appartement. Het uitzicht vanaf het balkon is fantastisch, op de berg Ifach, de boulevard en het strand. We gaan zeker nog een keer terug.
