This was a really nice little place! The bedrooms were upstairs and it was considerably warmer up there, however the place was nice and clean and I would book again if I were in the area.

The property needs work. The floorboards squeak horribly. The kitchen sink leaks. There is a board missing at the sink. The toaster need to be replaced and new utensils added. ALL the toilets rock when you sit on them. The patio furniture back and front need to be replaced. Then it will be worth the price being charged.
Extremely Disappointed - won’t take a chance on VRBO again!
Booked awhile ago - great communication in the beginning - upon arrival sketchy area- opened the door to the unit and immediately hit with snells of must, old carpet, and possible cigarette smoke! Had an allergy and asthma attack within first five minutes - could not stay any longer - searched for a hotel with availability- contacted host immediately - no response - no response even 48 hours later - no offer of even a partial reimbursement- don’t recommend to anyone - first and last attempt with VRBO

Cleanliness and guest satisfaction are an outmost priority to us and we feel this guest has not been truthful about this review. We were at the property just prior to their arrival after the cleaners had been done, and it was not as they mention.
It was easy to rent. The Host did a great job of communicating with me. When I walked into the condo there was a musty smell but with time I adjusted to it. There was no smell upstairs where the bedrooms are located. I didn't spend much time in the condo because of the purpose of my trip. The artwork on the walls were spectacular and really added to the decor. There is definitely some upgrading needed but in general it is a decent and affordable place to rent.
First time in a VRBO. Enjoyed stay, didn't like no mention of cleaning fees until checkout process during reservation. Cleaning fees doubled price of stay alone when compared to advertised price. Everything else was good to go.
The house was very easy to get into and the inside was bigger than expected. The neighbors were polite and very quiet. The location is great for concerts at the PNC arena and is only a couple streets over from the state fair. We really don’t have any complaints about this place.
Great experience, close to everything, communication with Tom was great

Don't stay here
As soon as we walked in, we could smell cigarette smoke. Since we had a 10 month old baby with us, we left the property immediately. This place is also not in a very nice area.

We make every effort to meet or exceed our guests' expectations. Jilian's assertions are not accurate. We went to the property and there was no smoke smell or issue that justified any refund. We have literally host thousands of people in the area and most appropriate the location.
The place was a great value for the price. Neighborhood is conveniently located 1/4 mile from highway on-ramp.

Stay was ok
Online, this looked like a nice townhouse. It was clean and quiet and the rate was outstanding. Communication with the owner was great and he was very accommodating. During the second night of our stay, two Raliegh Police Department officers were arresting a young lady in one of the townhouses near ours.
