About this property

House, 4 bedrooms with pool.

Very close to the shores of Lake Annecy, you will be seduced by this house with private parking located in a quiet dead end with a beautiful and unobstructed view of the mountains.
It is located 3 km from the center of the village and the bike path, 4 km from the lake and the beach and 9 km from the city center of Annecy.

Maison très chouette

Vacances dans un cadre formidable !

Nous avions loué la maison pour 3 semaines. Nos enfants et petits-enfants sont venus à tour de rôle profiter de la piscine et de la très belle maison. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le super barbecue, la terrasse où nous avons pris tous nos repas (sans exception !) et les 2 vélos mis à notre disposition. Avec les petits, nous avons également apprécié la machine à laver. Merci à Florence et Alexandre pour leur accueil, leur confiance et leur attentions à notre arrivée et pendant le séjour.

Séjour agréable près d’Annecy

Accueil chaleureux et propriétaires très sympathiques à l’écoute de leurs hôtes! La maison offre une très belle vue sur la montagne. Proche du Lac, on peut facilement s’y rendre sans forcément être obligé de traverser Annecy. Proche des commerces et pistes cyclables!
