Apartment Saint Malo - 2 bedrooms - 4 people

Family apartment located in Saint Malo in a quiet area, a few minutes walk from the large Sillon beach and Intra-Muros. The apartment was completely renovated in September 2019 and can accommodate 6 people (ideal for 4 people).

Layout:
- Bedroom 1: 140x190 cm bed
- Bedroom 2: 2 beds of 90x190 cm (which can be pushed together)
- Living room: convertible sofa (140x190 cm), TV, library, etc..
- Equipped kitchen: dishwasher, fridge, induction hob, etc..
- Free WIFI.

Situation:
- 10 mins walk from the large Sillon beach.
- 3 mins walk from the TGV station.
- 3 mins walk from Rocabey market (Thursday-Saturday).
- Close to all shops.
- 20 mins walk from Intra-Muros (old town / ramparts)
- 40 mins by car from Mont Saint-Michel

We provide you with 4 adult bikes for free to ride in the Corsair city.

The household linen (sheets and towels) is included in the price of the reservation. Cleaning is the responsibility of the tenants. A cleaning option at the end of the stay is however possible with a participation of 50 €.

It was amazing

I would like to thank Clement and his family for the wonderful house we lived and for the care and attention they devoted to us. The location of the property is perfect: in the quiet neighborhood but close to everything: beaches, markets, stores, the old town, the promenade, the church, cafes..and whatever you may want to attend in Saint Malo. The house is cozy, clean with everything you may need to live comfortably. Clement is a kind, supportive, and very responsible host. Special thank you for the bikes. The bikes are good quality and they give such freedom: you can go any place you wish. We cycle almost each day about 10-20 km and each direction of our trips was unforgettable. The Bretagne is a beautiful place which offers endless opportunities to enjoy and appreciate life. I hope to be back and if so, I would love to stay again in Clement’s house, if he is ok with us to visit again.

Sehr schönes und gemütliches Appartement mit Küche und Esszimmer, Wohnzimmer, Bad mit Dusche, 2 Schlafzimmer.Alles da was man braucht.Kleine Garage für Fahrräder, Parkplatz direkt davor auf der Straße.Der Gastgeber ist sehr nett und hat schnell auf unsere Anfrage geantwortet.Superlage, schnell am Strand. Nous avons passé 4 jours agréables dans votre appartement bien cosy.

Nous apprécions l'indépendance de l'appartement (portail séparé et escaliers à l'extérieur). Les vélos sont très pratiques pour nos 2 ados qui ont bien découvert Saint Malo de leur façon. L'appartement est un peu loin d'Intra Muros (30min à pied) mais proche au marché et à la plage. Nous n'avons pas vu le host mais il est disponible rapidement par messages. Merci à vous.

Wir haben uns in dieser geräumigen, gemütlich eingerichteten, sehr gut ausgestatteten Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Diese war ein idealer Ausgangspunkt, um Saint Malo und die wunderschöne bretonische Küste zu genießen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war hervorragend, sehr freundlich, die Schlüsselübergabe unkompliziert. Danke schön für den Cidre zur Begrüßung! Sollten wir Saint Malo mal wieder besuchen, werden wir gerne wieder anfragen - danke schön! Nous nous sommes sentis très à l'aise dans cet appartement spacieux, confortablement meublé et très bien équipé. Celui-ci était un point de départ idéal pour profiter de Saint Malo et de la magnifique côte bretonne. La communication avec l'hôte était excellente, très amicale, la remise des clés simple. Séjour à Saint-Malo

Le logement est très confortable et idéalement situé. Nous pouvions tout faire à pieds (plage à 10 minutes et intra muros à 20 minutes) tout en étant logés dans une rue très calme. Il est très facile de se garer dans les environs, nous avons d'ailleurs toujours trouvé de la place dans la rue. Le propriétaire était tout à fait disponible pour répondre à nos différentes questions. Nous conseillons vivement cette location !

Parfait pour un weekend

Appartement idéal pour une famille de 3/4 personnes. Proche de la gare et de la plage du Sillon. Intra muros accessible à pied avec une bonne marche (20/30 min avec un enfant).
