Secure one-bedroom apartment on second floor with lift, in modern, gated development. Set in a quiet residential area with large private community swimming pool (see note below), spacious pool terrace and shaded gardens. Spectacular views over the Med, Nice, the Alps from large balcony/terrace. Sleeps up to three adults or two adults and two children. (up to 10 years old)

Secure underground private garage parking, with lift to the apartment.
Visitor car parking spaces inside the gates may also be used.

very nice stay

We stayed in Tonny's place for nearly 4 month. This apartment is spacious with nice view from the balcony.There is everything you need incl. 2 toilets , comfy bed and well equiped kitchen.Laurence was easy to communicate with in English and very helpfull.We had no problems with parking, which was greatly appreciated.The centrum is about 20 mins by walk and there are some small grocery and restaurants nearby. We are highly recommending this place and will return in the future if avail.Thanks Tony , we had a really nice stay in your place.

Good apartment. Good location away from beach.

This one bedroom apartment is on the 2nd floor of a residential block on a small campus of blocks. The apartments are fairly modern, the grounds well maintained. Parking was fine on weekdays and tight at the weekend. Pool looked nice but had no seating around. The apartment itself is owned by a private owner who seems to visit as he has clothes and other items left there. In consequence the apartment is pretty well equipped with kitchen items etc. Two very good boulangeries within easy walking distance. Great view over the Med from the balcony.

Many thanks for your kind comments on our apartment. It is our holiday home and we spend about ten weeks every year there. We try to have all the comforts of home in Antibes - large fridge-freezer, oven and hob, good internet, washing machine, dishwasher etc. We leave some of our clothing in the apartment but there is plenty of storage for visitors. I have taken the parking issue up with the Owners Association and I expect it will be improved. At a push, there is safe parking on the quiet residential street outside the apartment complex.

Great base to explore Côte d'Azure

Lovely apartment on a quiet part of the outskirts of Antibes. Really felt looked after by Laurence and Tony, in particular big thanks to Laurence for meeting us on arrival well after midnight after our initial flight was cancelled. The apartment is very well equipped, great Aircon and comfortable main bed (although the pull out bed is not so great, best only for children). The highlight is the balcony which is quite spacious with a fantastic view of the sea and up the coast, and well shaded from mid morning, with a large umbrella to provide shade at breakfast. Short walk to a decent Boulangerie and small supermarket. Larger supermarket is about 10 minutes by car. You are outside the centre of Antibes and have a long walk or bus ride into the centre. We had a car , but be aware driving on the Cote d'Azure is not easy and parking can be tricky in the main centers.

Many thanks for your generous review. Laurence and I do our best to ensure our guests have a memorable holiday. If I might add to some point you made: Antibes centre is about 1.5 km away. We rarely drive in Antibes - public transport is cheap and regula. The 620 bus to Cannes or Nice stops nearby and will cost you €2.50!. The local bus to Antibes is at the end of our street and the train station is about 10 mins. walk , for trips to Monaco or Italy.. Parking anywhere on the Cote D'Azur is never easy.. The balcony is shaded after lunch but, if they wish, guests can work in privacy on their suntans from early in the morning - or at the swimming pool all day. Once again, thank you for this excellent review. Should you decide to come again, we will have a red carpet waiting for you!

Gute Lage, nicht sauber, kein Parkplatz

Die Wohnung war gut, mit super Ausblick. Leider war es nicht sauber, Boden sehr dreckig, auch Geschirr musste nochmal gespült werden. Privatparkplatz, wie in der Beschreibung, war ein Besucherparkplatz, davon gab es nur 2 und sie waren permanent besetzt. Man musste draußen parken. Handtücher nur für 2 Personen. Ansonsten war alles da, aber sehr abgenutzt.

Es tut mir leid, dass die Wohnung nicht so gut präsentiert war, wie Sie es erwartet haben. Wir haben selten Gäste, die abreisen und neue Gäste, die am selben Tag ankommen. Leider ist der vorherige Gast am Tag Ihrer Ankunft spät abgereist und es blieb sehr wenig Zeit, die Wohnung für Sie vorzubereiten. Normalerweise sind in der Wohnung genügend Handtücher vorhanden, aber der vorherige Gast hat alle Handtücher benutzt und wir hatten keine Zeit, einen vollständigen Satz sauberer Handtücher bereitzustellen. Aber ich denke, wenn Sie dieses Problem bei uns angesprochen hätten, während Sie dort waren, wäre dieses Problem sofort gelöst worden. Das Parken ist erst seit kurzem ein Problem. Einige Bewohner haben Besucherplätze dauerhaft belegt, was dazu geführt hat, dass die Zahl der Besucherplätze reduziert wurde. Dies ist ein ernstes Problem und als Eigentümer habe ich dieses Problem beim Syndic (Eigentümerverband) angesprochen. Ich gehe davon aus, dass es bald gelöst wird. Ich entschuldige mich noch einmal dafür, dass ich Ihre Erwartungen nicht erfüllen konnte.

e suis très heureux que vous ayez passé de bonnes vacances mais je suis vraiment désolé que les couteaux et les poêles aient été décevants. Nous n'avons jamais eu de plainte concernant nos ustensiles de cuisine auparavant. Bien sûr, si vous aviez immédiatement attiré notre attention sur ce problème, nous aurions réagi immédiatement : la dame qui s'occupe de nos appartements n'était qu'à un coup de téléphone. Bien entendu, nous remplacerons les ustensiles défectueux dans les plus brefs délais. Même si nous acceptons que les ustensiles n'étaient pas à la hauteur de vos attentes, une note de 3 étoiles reflète-t-elle vraiment votre expérience globale de vacances ? La plupart de nos clients nous attribuent quatre ou cinq étoiles et vous dites que vous avez passé de bonnes vacances, alors peut-être reconsidérerez-vous votre note ? Bien entendu, nous vous rembourserons les dépenses que vous avez engagées, si vous nous indiquez le montant et un compte bancaire sur lequel nous pouvons transférer l'argent. Encore une fois, nous sommes désolés que votre expérience, bien que bonne, n'ait pas été satisfaisante.

Nous venions voir mes parents qui sont sur Biot et il nous fallait un pied à terre sur Antibes. C'est un endroit parfait et tranquille, à l'écart des foules. L'annonce correspond point pour point à ce que vous allez trouver sur place.

Appartamento confortevole, silenzioso, ben arredato. Comoda la piscina, vicino ad Antibes. L'unica pecca è non comodissimo andare a piedi in centro.

Très bien pour celui qui cherche la tranquillité, loin du monde. Pour mon fils et moi qui aimons le monde, les magasins, le passage, ça nous a manqué. Nous l'avons trouvé dans le vieil Antibes.

Excellent apartment in pleasant residential area

We had a lovely week in the apartment, from sunny breakfasts on the balcony to watching the moon rise over the sea with a glass of wine in the evening. The location was ideal for us. There's a good supermarket and Boulanger less than 5 minutes away, and it's only a 15-20 min walk to the old town, harbour and sandy beach. The bus system was excellent, the stop is a couple of minutes away and you can travel all week for just 10 euro. This includes travel to the picturesque towns and villages up in the hills such as Valbonne, Biot and St Paul de Vence. The apartment is well equipped, with UK TV and unlimited internet access if you need to keep in touch with home. Recommended.

Thank you for your very kind comments. The other major attractions are the large swimming pool for residents and guest use only and the brilliant pebble beach at La Fontonne, a few minutes walk away, miles long with cafes, showers and toilets. Our little apartment has everything!

Thank you for this very nice review. Even in early Spring, when the weather has not quite heated up, our apartment is a lovely place to stay In late Spring, or Summer, when the pool is open and the sun shines all day, it is even better. A swim before dinner, and a glass of wine on the balcony of a balmy evening, looking at Nice in the distance, is the perfect end to a perfect day.

Disappointing

Too far inland for a sea view and obstructed by another apartment building. Pool is down a laneway behind another building and has no shade or loungers (bare tiles) - hardly used it. Beach is accessible only through a motorway underpass 15 minutes walk away. Stony beach with no facilities. Location is residential with few local amenities. Cost more than expected as owner had failed to advise extra changes.

Mostly French families living in this quiet,comfortable residential area - ideal for a relaxing break, but with the fabulous beach at La Fontonne 1 km away, Antibes railway station 10 minutes walk and great bus links virtually outside the door.

Close enough to Antibes to enjoy all the attractions in Antibes, only 1.5 km to Place de Gaulle, the main square in Antibes, with a shuttle bus every 30 minutes or so. There are attractions you may not find in town centre apartments - swimming pool, internet, air-conditioninng, fabulous views and the beach at La Fontonne.
