We had a fantastic stay at this VRBO in Winthrop! The house was cozy and spotlessly clean, with all the comforts we needed for a relaxing getaway. The location couldn’t have been better—close to everything but still peaceful and private. Whether we were exploring the charming town or enjoying the surrounding natural beauty, it was the perfect home base. Highly recommend this property, and we look forward to staying here again!
This beautiful spot in the Methow was just right for our family, and we loved the homey touches--from games and utensils to cozy furnishings, this home away from home was just what we needed! Thank you!
Excellent accommodations. Great location, easy access to town and outdoor activities. Our only complaints were the Bbq grill was very dirty and there were no washcloths. Pleny of bath towels and hand towels. We would stay there again.
Hh towels and hand towels.
We would stay here again.

Glad you enjoyed your stay:) Thank you for letting us know about the the BBQ /no washcloths. We have passed this onto the cleaner.
The property informed us just 2 day before travel that one bathroom on the property was not functioning. We didn’t realize how bad it was till we landed and we’re told we could continue using the leaking bathroom. The keys when we arrived at the property were not in the key box and we were locked out.
The supplied in the house were limited and in a very used and worn out state.
We left the property a day earlier as the stay was extremely uncomfortable. We had family visiting from singapore and it was such a disappointment!!!
Overall we had a nice stay at this property. Unfortunately when we arrived wet towels were left in the washing machine and it did stink up the laundry area some. There were a lot of dead bugs and could have used a better vacuum. We couldn't fine any dish towels because they were left in the dryer for us to fold. They had just power washed the condo as well and none of the back patio furniture was replaced. We also had to ask the man power washing next door to come back and clean off the back porch as it was filthy.
All in all, with a few things being missed the location of this property and space was really nice.
When we vacated the property, we had left some earrings, and the cleaning crew went out of their way to look hard for them. They ended up finding them and we are very appreciative.
I think they property could use a little updating, such as, new carpet, bedding, curtains (black out). Again, we can look past those issues and focus on the great time we had with family and the surrounding areas while staying at this condo.

Thank you for your feedback...we'll pass this onto the cleaners. Glad you were able to have a nice time despite the inconveniences.
The unit was very clean and welcoming. It was very spacious for my husband, myself, and our adult daughter. We all could have our own space. The back porch was great -a grill and plenty of seating. Location was great-close to Winthrop and the National Park. Grocery 5 minutes away. The owners were very nice. We can’t wait to return.
We loved the VRBO. It was roomy and a lovely property. We spent time relaxing on the deck and taking walks around the area and in town. The internet was a little finicky sometimes but overall it was a great get away.
We loved our stay here during a family hiking trip to Methow Valley and the North Cascades. The hosts went above and beyond making us feel welcome and the home was very clean and inviting. Would definitely stay here again if we're coming back to the area!
It was nice because the house is very close to town but far enough away that you don’t have to deal with crowds. One thing I would note is that there were a lot of lights burnt out. That’s easily remedied though.
We spent a fun week in Winthrop checking out all the many X- country ski trails. The colder then expected temps. and fog made coming home to this cozy cabin extra nice, with its gas fireplace in the family room and heaters in every other room... we were never cold! Comfortable family room seating for four adults and large kitchen table... which we put to good use playing games most nights. Because of Covid we ate all our meals in, and the kitchen had everything needed for meal prep and eating. This is a well designed and spacious cabin with many thoughtful amenities and a location close to town and ski areas. My one request to the owners is to please upgrade the mattress in the Master as it is starting to sag in the center, though otherwise comfortable. We will definitely stay here again
The guys wanted to go hunting but with nothing but rain in the forecast weren't excited to do the tent thing. The girls suggested a condo in Winthrop and we went along to be "camp cooks". It was great to have a full kitchen to just bring our groceries for meals. We enjoyed chick flicks while they got skunked hunting. Played cards at night and we all slept snug in our comfy beds. Everyone enjoyed the hot showers that would have been missing if we were tenting. Very clean and comfortable.
Cutthroat Classic runners base camp - perfect location!
Really happy with close to town location. Great unit, very well equipped and comfortable. Upstairs ‘bunk room’ got a bit warm overnight, would have been nice to have A/C unit gone and ability to open window. Would definitely rent again, though.
The condo was even larger and more comfortable than we expected -- lots of space and privacy for our extended family group. The master bedroom and attached bathroom were huge! We also enjoyed sitting out on the covered back porch each morning and evening, and the kitchen worked great for cooking meals during the age of COVID. The only issues we ran into were extremely minor (e.g., no dishwasher pods or garbage bags in stock) and were easily remedied with a quick jaunt to the nearby grocery store. Please remember if you stay here that the speed limit in the condo area is 5mph. We accidentally found ourselves driving through at 10 or 15mph and the neighbors were certain to let us know of our transgression. Although we made sure to slow down after that, the neighbors were not kind about it (i.e., lots of nasty glares), but this is NOT the fault of the actual condo owners so I didn't reduce any stars in my rating. I just want others to avoid making the same mistake we did since this is a great property I would like to see remain available.
Our family enjoyed staying at this clean, nice condo. The 3 kids loved having a sleepover on the trundle beds and the adults were comfortable in the downstairs beds. It was nice to relax on the deck and have kids ride bikes around the neighborhood.
We had a great time. We loved all the Alaska photos. Our ten year old grand
Sons learned alot. Maybe beef up the games available, but all else was great.
Quiet, clean, and spacious home just on the outskirts of Winthrop. We really enjoyed the weekend and though the house is in a development complex we still got the cabin-type experience. The home is cozy and thoughtfully decorated, has comfortable beds, and well furnished. Would definitely like to stay there again!
So glad we picked this property! It was truly better than expected. Close to downtown but not right in the heart which was what we wanted. The location has a feeling like you’re in the woods. We saw deer every night. Our friends came over and wish they had rented this place because it was big and nice. Better than the pictures!
