One of the best apartments we have ever stayed in very safe and great location. Very clean and smart with every Household item and beach equipment you would need Host always available if needed. Would highly recommend.

Exceeded expectations!

My wife and I could not have been more pleased with the time we spent in this unit. The check in process and communication with the owners was awesome, the condo was fully stocked with everything you might want, and the unit was complete with books, videos, glassware, and quality furnishings. The owners even had bikes for us to use. We couldn't have been more pleased with our stay.

Falling Waters is splendid.

Falling Waters is splendid and this condo is nice with a fountain in the lake outside providing wonderful white noise ambience when the doors are open. The condo was delivered as promised in fact it exceeded my expectation in that it was sanitized completely and Had quite a few unopened paper products and cleaning supplies for our use. It was greatly appreciated. Confidently recommend it for your selection

Great condo, East Naples

Beautiful condo that exceeded our expectations. Very clean with everything we needed to make our one month stay comfortable. Kitchen well equipped. The salt water pool is huge with lots of chairs. Quiet, friendly community. The Owner is very organized and great at communication providing prompt responses to questions. I asked if there was a Keurig coffee machine. There wasn't, but a different product. Months before our vacation the Owner informed us that she had purchased a Keurig for our stay. We would highly recommend this condo.

 This was our first time using VRBO for holiday accommodation and I must say we were not disappointed. We had excellent communication with the owners from the time of booking until we returned home, including the occasional text during our stay just to check everything was still going well and to assure us they were on hand should we ever need anything. Situated in a lovely community boasting one of the largest and most beautiful pools in the area, this second floor condo overlooking the lake and fountain was perfect for us. Clean, spacious and well furnished with a fully stocked kitchen etc., it was a home away from home with everything we needed including beach chairs, coolers and even a couple of bicycles to ride around the quiet leafy neighbourhood. We highly recommend this condo, our hosts and the Falling Waters community. All going well, we shall return again soon to once again enjoy “life in paradise”.

Nice Place!

I don't like automatically giving 5 stars. I hate it when someone gives 5 stars then goes on to list several things that were wrong. But I can't make myself not give this a 5. First off, communication with Audrey was great. You could tell she really wanted to make sure we had a great stay. After the first day, she emailed to check in and see how everything was. I mentioned the place was a little short on washcloths (but no big deal) ... she ordered more on Amazon and they were on our doorstep the next day. The place is nice and roomy and filled with tons of books, movies and board games to keep you busy. Also filled with all the kitchen and bathroom supplies you need (although, oddly, no pizza cutter). It's screened in on both sides so we often turned off the AC and opened the doors and windows to let the breeze come through. The community amenities were great ... huge pool, tennis, bocce, putting green, horseshoes, shuffleboard, bags, community room with BINGO and other activities (although, oddly, no pickleball). This is a gated community. We'd stay here again in a heartbeat!

Hervorragende Unterkunft, tolle Gastgeber

Das Appartement war sehr sauber und schön. Es gab nichts zu bemängeln . Alles war vorhanden Vom Strandstuhl, Sonnenschirm bis zur Kühltasche . Gastgeber waren in ständigem Kontakt mit uns und haben sich immer wieder erkundigt ob alles in Ordnung ist. Super nett.
