Villa Claire Joie is in unison with the seaside resorts of Saint Brévin les Pins. In a quiet cul-de-sac and only 1km from the city center, the market and shops. Get out the flip flops, swimsuits and towels: the sandy Ralliement beach is 800m away.



This 115m² family home has a double bedroom on the ground floor and then upstairs 3 double bedrooms, one of which is passable, and a children's bedroom with 3 beds (1 single bed and 1 bunk bed), for a total capacity of 11 people.

The independent kitchen is equipped with a stove and all the household appliances necessary to make you feel at home (fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, filter coffee maker, dishwasher, toaster, kettle).

The living dining room has direct access to the garden and is equipped with a TV and WIFI connection (fiber in place). A shower room on the ground floor and a bathroom upstairs complete the house. A hairdryer, a washing machine, a dryer, a baby bed and an iron are also available.

Enjoy the garden furniture and the barbecue on the large terrace shaded by the trees, bicycles are also available.
