House comprising 4 bedrooms including 2 bedrooms with 1 bed of 160x200 cm, 1 bedroom with 1 bed of 90x190 cm and 1 trundle bed 2x90x190 cm, 1 bedroom with 1 trundle bed 2x90x190 cm, 2 bathrooms (bath towels included) and 2 Separate toilets, a veranda, heating with heat pump and underfloor heating, a living room, a fitted kitchen and a laundry room.
A connected TV, a washer-dryer, a dishwasher, a barbecue.
Possibility of free rental of 4 adult bikes and 4 child bikes.

From January 1, 2023: No animals accepted

We stayed two weeks, the house was very good, also when the weather is not too good. Pool can always be used because it is covered. The house is ideal for two couples and 2-3 kids.

The cottage is in a lovely, quiet location with easy walking access into the town of Nevez where there are cafes, restaurants and a supermarket. The host M. Corbel is very friendly. He doesn't speak much English (and we have little French) so communication was via Google translate. The cottage is generally well-equipped but there was a lacking of sharp knives and baking trays in the Kitchen. The pool is lovely and ranges in depth from about 3' to 6'. It stays warm due to the cover, which can be removed if required.We were slightly disappointed with the distance to the beaches which is about a 45 minute walk along a busy road as we were hoping to be able to leave the car.Overall, we had a great stay and we will return.

Ein wunderschönes Haus mit einem großen Garten und einem beheizten Pool, den wir in den Regentagen sehr genossen haben. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich, und bei der Verabschiedung haben wir noch Äpfel frisch vom Baum bekommen. Wir kommen gern wieder - super Aufteilung für zwei Parteien mit Kindern!

Wir haben ein sehr geräumiges Haus vorgefunden. Die Schlafzimmer waren sehr schön eingerichtet und sauber. Küche alles vorhanden was man braucht. Ein scharfes Messer und eine Schere wäre noch notwendig. Garten riesig und toll angelegt. Nicht einsehbar und nur 1 Nachbar. Pool ein Traum da beheizt, auch bei schlechtem Wetter nutzbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Kommunikation war mit Übersetzung auf dem Handy auch kein Problem. braucht.

Genügend Platz für alle

Das Haus verfügt über genügend Schlafmöglichkeiten. Beim vierten Zimmer handelt es sich aber um eine Art Mansarde über der Küche, mit separater Treppe aus der Küche, aber ohne Türe zum Abschliessen. Der Aussenbereich überzeugt mit Sitzplatz, Wiese und gedecktem Pool, welcher bei Wind und Regen nützlich war.

Schitterend !!

Dank voor de gastvrijheid in jullie mooie villa met een schitterend terras, een leuk zwembad in een zeer aangename en grote tuin, rustig gelegen met enkel het ruisen van bamboe's op de achtergrond ! Op fietsafstand van het centrum, bakker kortbij en een supermarkt met al de Bretoense specialiteiten, zelfs de haven met een dagelijkse aanvoer van verse vis is slechts op 5 kilometer afstand. De vissen op de gasbarbeque in de buitenkeuken zijn zo klaar ! Héérlijke stranden en baaien met verstopte havens zijn kortbij, ik kwam er tot rust. Waarschijnlijk tot volgend jaar ! Great pool and great location

+ Fantastic pool and garden + Spacious house + Comfy beds + Great to have shutters and air con. + Great location near the beaches etc. - Some parts of the house needed repairing/maintenance: One shower flooded the tray, the other only worked on one setting which was stiff to turn to. Some of the building work had a bit of a rough finish and some of the decking boards outside were a bit broken. - Could have done with a few more kitchen utensils (eg. better cutlery and a bread knife) - Sheets were charged as extra which wasn't stated on the property advert.

Fantastic holiday let close to beaches

We had a lovely stay in Nevez. We found the house clean and spacious as well a private and secluded. The house is very well decorated without being so perfect you can't relax. The pool and its locking cover was a godsend for us and gave us piece of mind with young children. The pool itself is excellent and always the right temperature. From a location basis this property is perfect if you like the beach with at least 4 to 5 excellent beaches within 10 minutes and countless more within 20 minutes max. The owner is very helpful as well. Great part of the world and great property.

Superbe location à refaire sans hésiter

La maison est tous simplement grandiose, les 2 chambres avec lits de 160 (celles que l'ont à occuper) sont très grande avec une literie très douillette et super confortable. La terrasse avec piscine chauffé (couverte) est un sacré plus surtout lorsque l'on rentre le soir après de longue randonnées. Cuisine très bien équipé, salle à manger avec vue sur le très grand jardin sans vis à vis (et la piscine), en gros, un séjours exquis !!!

Wunderbar gelegenes Haus mit großem Garten

+ Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und bietet viel Platz für - wie bei uns 2 Familien. + Der große Esstisch ist wunderbar und bietet eine Rundumsicht, wenn man aufgrund des Wetters nicht draußen essen kann. + Auch der Pool hat eine schöne Größe und ist bei jedem Wetter angenehm warm + Der Garten ist riesig und bietet somit Platz für jede Menge Aktivitäten, auch Boule spielen am Haus ist möglich + Die Außenküche mit Grill ist sehr praktisch und auch der Haushaltsraum mit Waschmaschine und Trockner ist von Außen begehbar und sehr gut ausgestattet Und nun zu den Dingen, die uns weniger gut gefallen haben: - Das 4. Schlafzimmer (nur ein Einzelbett) liegt direkt über der Küche und liegt auf einer Art Galerie ohne verschließbare Tür. Das war auf den Fotos nicht unbedingt erkennbar und ging auch nicht aus der Anzeige hervor. Dies sollte man aber wissen, denn man hört dort alles aus der Küche. - Überhaupt ist das Haus sehr hellhörig. Wir haben uns trotzdem wohl gefühlt, aber man sollte es wissen um auf Langschläfer entsprechend Rücksicht nehmen zu können ;-) - Die Küchenausstattung hätte etwas üppiger sein können. Also besser scharfe Messer, Schneebesen (oder Mixer) und Schneidebretter mitbringen! Gläser und Geschirr und der Rest war sonst aber alles reichlich vorhanden und alles funktionierte gut: Herd, Ofen Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle. Wir hatten eine sehr schönen Urlaub. Nach Nevez ist es nicht weit, dort kann man im Intermarché einkaufen und Bäcker und Markt sind auch per Fahrrad oder zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Strände sind auch nicht weit entfernt, das ist aber etwas weiter per Fahrrad, wir haben das Auto genommen. Unser Lieblingsstrand war Plage Tahiti.

Ein schönes Haus mit tollen Pool, leider unglaublich dreckig

Haus und Pool wären schön. Leider war das Haus bei unserer Ankunft komplett verschmutzt. Weder Bad noch Toiletten wurden auch nur ansatzweise gereinigt, der Boden klepte und in der Küche konnte man unter diesen Umständen nicht kochen. Wir haben dann selbst über drei Stunden den größten Dreck beseitigt, dass wir uns überhaupt in dem Haus aufhalten konnten und wollten. Ein derart verdrecktes Haus habe ich noch nie erlebt. Und ich bin da recht großzügig. Teils heiße Konstruktionen (Silikon wurde in großen Mengen genutzt, um Baufehler auszugleichen) und noch Rohbaukonstrukte. Was uns allerdings nicht gestört hat. Der Pool war super. Nur die Pumpe hat teils gezickt. Da kam aber der Verwalter und hat geholfen. Das Haus war nicht leicht zu finden, da wir keine Hausnummer bekommen haben. Der Verwalter war sehr nett und bemüht. Aber in dem Zustand kann man kein Haus vermieten. Schon gar nicht in Corona-Zeiten!
