Our second stay there was a comforting pleasure, just like the first time. It's location is central to the old towns there, yet in a quiet, secluded area. Everything you need is in the bungalow and the fenced back yard perfect for our Daisy (older dog). Look forward in staying again.
This is our 4th time staying here. We love the fact we are allowed to bring our dogs and the back yard is fenced in. It's quiet and we sure look forward to coming back.

Thanks for being a great guest! Glad we met your expectations again!
This is a great place to stay and it’s dog friendly. Close to Columbia State park and it’s a short drive to Jamestown and Sonora. It was very peaceful and so much wildlife to watch as we drank our coffee in am. Would recommend this place to anyone:)
Charming cabin, very private, short distance to historic Columbia State Park lots of great walks. Plenty of activities in the area or perfect for just staying in for a night.
This is our favorite place for a weekend getaway and Kim is the most awesome hostess ever. She has truly thought of everything. We will continue to come back.
Very comfortable. Had everything we needed. We were even able to make a breakfast of pancakes and eggs.

We enjoyed our stay for Mother's Day weekend. The house and property exceeded our expectations, and the location was central to many activities. We will be back again!!
Great location and clean, cute, artsy house. Hosts Kim and Carl made sure we were ok even when a late spring snow storm knocked out power and closed the roads for a day—nice and snug.
I stayed here for a week and then added two more days because I loved it so much. It is a very sweet, private cabin with a lovelybackyard from which youcan watch the turkeys and deer mosey on by.But my favorite was the absolutely gorgeous sunset every night.
This little house is the one of the best places we've ever stayed in. Just up the road from the town of Columbia. And the mosaic backspash in the kitchen area is so beautiful! The cute little garden area outside on is so peaceful!
The bungalow was perfect - clean, cozy, private with a fully fenced yard for our pup, too! Kim was a dream to work with. Only 20 minutes to Murphys, less than 45 minutes to Big Trees and walking distance to the cute historic town of Columbia. Just an awesome visit!
My husband is a gold panner and wanted to go to Columbia. His favorite town. This cute bungalow was perfect so close to town and had everything they needed. Will definitely return
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This place is very well equipped with everything you could need. We loved that there is a fenced yard that my dog could explore and stay contained. There were farm fresh eggs in the fridge which was a very nice touch.
Great place in Columbia! Easy walk into town. Very peaceful and quiet. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is there. Was perfect to work remote and to go to our office in Sonora. We will be back!

Why they chose this property
We built this small house on our property in 2015 for family. It is decorated with many custom made mosaics inside and out. We love the rural nature of the community, lots of wildlife around, and many options for outdoor recreation in the area.
