This 4,500 sq/ft rental offers central air conditioning, two fireplaces and a first floor master en-suite and guest room, sweeping screened porches, as well as breathtaking views of Mecox Bay. Located in a quiet community, plus convenient access to nearby ocean beaches. Available seasonally or year round upon request.

This custom home was designed to maximize water views, capture afternoon trade breezes and minimize the impact of the hot mid-day sun. Wrap around porches, encased in screens, allows the air to flow thru open french doors, keeping the house at a pleasant temperature. Six separate HVAC zones allows individuals to set their ideal comfort settings for peaceful relaxation. Four TVs with cable boxes are situated thru the house.

Located "South of the Highway" in the quiet West Mecox area, the location is ideal for long walks and bike rides. The street is a circular cul-de-sac, ideal area for families. Close access to Ocean beaches and back door access into Bridgehampton village.

What makes this property unique

Mecox Bay offers a tranquil environment to enjoy water activities. Early mornings generally offer peaceful waters to enjoy kayaking and paddle boarding. Afternoons usually provide brisk trade winds for sailing and kite boarding.

Area farms offer seasonally fresh produce and baked goods, two (Halsey and Babinski) farm stands are just over a mile from the house.

World class beaches are within a 5 minute drive. This includes Scott Cameron, Mecox and Ocean Road beaches.
