LOCATION: For relaxing family holidays we offer our pretty comfortable villa for rent from Sunday to Sunday. Beautiful detached house ideally located in a listed site (in the dunes) at the edge of a beach, hidden by the dune. Very rare location, 50 meters from a large sandy beach. Pretty wild bay with its rocky tidal flats at low tide, you can practice the nautical activities of your choice there: swimming, paddle, windsurfing, surfing, kite surfing, canoeing, dinghy, angling, shore fishing ... This villa is also 400 m from the beautiful national pine forest, in which you can take very nice walks. The small Charente village of Domino located on the Atlantic coast of the island of Oléron, is a privileged place for holidays. Close to shops. The shops of first necessity are close: Bakery, daily market in season, grocery store, wine merchant, bicycle rental. By its position Domino is well located to leave to discovered the island by the cycle tracks.
INSIDE: Beautifully decorated bungalow of 110 m². All furniture, fitted kitchen and bedding are new. Large bright living room of 43m². Three bedrooms: One bedroom with a 140x200 bed, a second bedroom with 2 90x200 beds and a third bedroom with 2 80x190 beds. A fully equipped kitchen. A bathroom with shower and bathtub.
OUTSIDE: Large enclosed plot of 1900 m² in a quiet environment. Parking in the grounds. Large terrace facing south and west with outdoor dining tables, garden furniture, deckchairs, barbecue, electric plancha.

Maison idéalement située dans une zone calme de l'ile
Maison spacieuse, propre, clôturée, décorée avec soin, literie impeccable. Cuisine moderne bien équipée, 2 terrasses (transats, parasols, fauteuils,...) La plage juste à côté est calme le matin, familiale et surveillée l'après midi, romantique au coucher de soleil. Avant ou après nos balades, nous trouvions toujours un moment dans la journée pour en profiter. L'endroit est exceptionnel, les hôtes accueillants, chaleureux et à l'écoute. Je recommande
Maison spacieuse et fonctionnelle, emplacement exceptionnel.
Seul petit bémol: un ventilateur aurait été bienvenu...il a fait très chaud et la maison est lumineuse mais donc exposée au soleil.

Schön, aber viele Kakerlaken und Spinnen
Das Haus war eigentlich sehr sauber, aber leider sehr viele Kakerlaken und Spinnen mit Spinnweben. Auch Motten. Wir hoffen, nichts im Gepäck zu haben.
Renoviert war ein Teil des Hauses, ausschließlich die super Lage und die Küchenausstattung rechtfertigen den hohen Mietpreis. Das Grundstück ist riesig, aber eigentlich benötigt man nicht so viel Platz im Urlaub. Viele Schränke mit zahlreicher Deko, kg die überflüssig sind.
Besonders geärgert hat uns kurz vor der Anreise eine Nachricht des Vermieters mit dem Wunsch eine Kaution über 1500 Euro als Scheck zu hinterlegen. Hierzu hab es bei Vertragsabschluss keine Vereinbarung! Schon gar nicht mit einem Scheck. So etwas haben wir noch nicht erlebt!
