Elegancia 8

The location and the apartment were very nice. The apartment amenities were terrible. Really terrible. The sheets and towels were old, stained and not fit to be used. The kitchen equipment was well used and the utensils were cheap plastic. Even the wine opener was plastic and broke while opening the first bottle of wine. We went out and bought wine glasses because there were only plastic wine glasses. The property manager Vera was wonderful. She was very helpful and very aware of the situation. We won’t go back to this exact apartment but we are already in communication with Vera about our next vacation rental.

Great facility

Very good location and amenities. Only downside was the key handoff from the host at the airport- not sure if he spoke English but he seemed in a hurry to get done with us no time for questions
