The Cattail Cottage is a stand alone cottage that sleeps 4. This quaint cottage has other cottages within view, with woods on one side and NettieBay on the other. With a unique retro 1950's refrigerator and all the basic kitchen utensils, and a screened-in porch, The Cattail is a quaint and comfortable family getaway. While staying at the Cattail Cottage you will find a picnic table, a 14' boat and your own private dock; so, feel free to bring your canoes, kayaks or jet skis to pop in the water. In addition, there are a couple of Adirondack chairs to relax in as you roast marshmallows over your private fire-pit.

Enjoyed the privacy of location, easy access to the lake & rustic feel of the cabin. The cabin itself was outfitted nicely with comforts of home.

Good and bad

I am sure the property was clean but old so little hard to tell. Lot of bugs especially in morning in sinks. He is updating the properties and my husband looked in one of the others and said totally different. Very nice. No linens when arrived but Mark took care of it. Never had dish towels. Our fault should have asked

Beautiful peaceful view

The cabin location is beautiful and peaceful. We loved having aome privacy but still close to the main lodge where we knew we could get some help if needed. We loved the space and will likely rent again!

Beautiful property and lake

This cabin came with everything. Plenty of privacy with the lake right in front of you. Excellent swimming area, sandy beach. Great lake to fish. Hiking trails that go forever, plenty of wildlife to see. The property owner Mark was extremely accommodating and very pleasant.

Relaxing!

We loved the low-key experience this sweet cabin provided. The lake is stunning. It wouldn't be a good place if you're looking for excitement but for a total decompression from craziness, it's PERFECT!
