This home has updated everything: carpet, wood looking porcelain floors, granite, appliances, shower and tub surround, paint, furniture, light fixtures, etc. This a 2 bedroom 2 bath home with an office. Spacious open floor plan. 2284 sq ft. Located in a security guard gated community of Pebblecreek in Goodyear AZ 85395. This was the second time I’ve stayed in Pebble creek. The community is fabulous no matter where you stay. This house was perfect in every way. Very clean everything was as it should be the location was incredibly quiet with fabulous sunrises. The design of the pool went itself to both lounging and exercise.

This was Amazing!

Great Vacation Home

The property is wonderful and exactly as described. It is spacious, well-maintained, modern, clean and well-equipped. The Property Manager is very nice and easy to work with. He is responsive, but not intrusive. This is an active, busy community. Get up to speed on their fitness class reservation system and various clubs before you arrive, so you can hit the ground running! Hiking at White Tank is a must, as well.

Perfect

Everything in mint condition. Owner, Rodney, couldn’t have been more accommodating or friendly. Unexpected plus was fresh fruit everyday from the backyard grapefruit and lemon trees.
