On a plot of 4000m2 in terraces and olive plant of holm oaks and Aleppo pines. The house is from the 17th century. Fully equipped, it is air conditioned and very comfortable. Several shaded terraces, an 8m / 4m swimming pool, with a large beach, a sofa and a shower. The 3 bedrooms are air conditioned. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. There are 3 toilets. We have a large gas BBQ and an enameled plancha.

The Old Country Stone "Castle"

Overall, charming and good location for Lorgue access really close to supermarket SuperMarche!...Wifi was not great...only worked in the main house, not at pool or back guest house. Property photos were dated and did not really reflect the current condition, but rooms' A/Cs were good; showers in each room were good, overall the place and amenities (cooking utensils and others) were a bit dated. Pool was good. Owner was very responsive and excellent communication...like visiting an old uncle's place in the country. Merci Beaucoup for sharing your castle!

Gastgeber: Unser Gastgeber Olivier war sehr nett und immer zu erreichen. Check-in und Check-out verliefen reibungslos.Umgebung: Großzügiges Grundstück mit wunderschönen alten Olivenbäumen und traumhaften, schattigen Sitzgelegenheiten.Ein weiteres Highlight war natürlich der acht auf vier Meter große und sehr gepflegte Pool.Es gibt einen sehr schönen Bouleplatz. Das Grundstück ist nach drei Seiten eingezäunt, lediglich von der Zufahrtsseite her gibt es keinen Zaun (diese liegt aber in ausreichendem Abstand zum Haus, so dass wir mit unserem kleinen Hund kein Problem hatten).Das Haus: Es handelt sich um eine wunderschöne alte Bastide mit Geschichte. Unten gibt es eine schmale Küche , die sich oben zu einem einer wohnküche mit Tisch und Sitzgelegenheiten für vier Personen verbreitert, sowie ein Wohnzimmer mit Sofa, Sesseln und TV, die auch bei hohen Außentemperaturen noch sehr angenehm temperiert waren. In den beiden Schlafzimmern oben (die sich über Tag aufheizten) gibt es Klimaanlagen über den Betten. Zu jedem Schlafzimmer gehört ein ansprechend renoviertes Bad.Es gibt noch ein kleines unabhängiges Gästehaus mit eigener Terrasse, das wir aber nicht genutzt haben.Das Haus ist rustikal eingerichtet und fühlt sich ein bisschen an wie das zu Hause einer Familie, die gerade nicht da ist. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt, danke Olivier!

Des vacances très agréable. La piscine, le terrain de boules et le grand terrain qui donne l’impression d’être seuls au monde. Un grand nettoyage de ce qui se trouve dans les armoires de la cuisine et de la vaisselle serait bien nécessaire. ˋj’imagine que quelques locataires précédents ont été peu scrupuleux à ce niveau là.

Hôte très courtois et réactif. Habitation non adaptée en hiver pour 8 personnes notamment pièce de vie bien trop petite, pas de table pour 8 personnes. Points forts chambres et salles de bain. Le lieu est sûrement très agréable l’été.

L'emplacement était excellent, mais le logement manquait de confort. Il n'était pas aussi propre que je l'aurais souhaité : les toilettes étaient tachées et il y avait du sable dans mon lit, donc elles n'avaient visiblement pas été changées. Les réfrigérateurs semblaient n'avoir jamais été nettoyés ! L'endroit était assez basique et si vous avez des problèmes de mobilité, ce n'est pas l'endroit idéal : il y a des marches et aucune rampe pour descendre à la maison et accéder à la piscine ! Nous avons également fait l'entretien de notre piscine nous-mêmes, ce qui était une première. C'est vraiment trop cher, et il existe de meilleurs hébergements, moins chers.

Séjour très agréable dans une belle Bastide !Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la piscine, la climatisation dans les 3 chambres et le terrain ombragé comprenant divers endroits où se reposer. Sans parler du terrain de pétanque !!!Les 3 salles de douche permettent une plus grande liberté d'action. Le logement est assez proche du Verdon et des plages et les rivières sont très agréables. Les randonnées sont nombreuses. Bref, tout est réuni pour passer de très belles vacances ! Olivier le propriétaire n'était pas présent mais il était toujours disponible pour répondre si on avait des questions !Je recommande ce logement !

Pour p1sser de bonne vacances !

Belle maison de caractère, rien ne manquait. Les enfants ne voulaient plus rentrer à la maison tellement ils 9nt passé un bon moment. Notre hôte était aimable et joignable si besoin, tres très bien.
