Adult Summer Camp in the Mountains!
Cute 2 bedroom, 2 bath Park Model in the mountains with large covered porch and rear deck with firepit. Fun, active community in the mountains! Nicely paved roads for easy access! Golf, Tennis, Pickleball, shuffleboard, heated outdoor pool, billiards, ping pong, fishing in stocked river and lake, hiking, dancing, cards, Yoga, and many other recreational activities! Community has their own restaurant; or you can enjoy a great selection of restaurants closeby in Banner Elk, Newland, and Boone. Hiking on the Appalachian Trail only 3 miles away. Explore Grandfather Mountain. Or, visit one of the many wineries or festivals in the area. Bedrooms: 1 queen bed in Master bedroom, 1 queen sleeper sofa in living room, and set of bunk beds in separate bedroom/laundry room. No carpeting, new 2022 deluxe vinyl oak-plank flooring.
