The cottage welcomes you near the castles of the Loire.

* The House
You are staying in a restored 19th century house. The house offers a surface of 100 m² spread over 2 levels. There are 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 WC, 1 utility room, the living room and the kitchen.
- The rooms
The bedroom on the ground floor is furnished with two 90 cm single beds that can be pushed together, and a desk. There is the possibility of adding a folding bed for toddlers. Upstairs, the first bedroom is furnished with 2 single 90 cm beds and a baby bed (cot). The 2nd upstairs bedroom is furnished with a 140 cm double bed and a mini-seating area.
All bedrooms have storage space to store your belongings during your stay.
- Kitchen
On the ground floor is the common room with fitted kitchen and dining room. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge with freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a fan oven as well as a microwave.
- Living room
The living room adjoins the kitchen and the dining room. This is a warm and comfortable space equipped with a TV, a DVD player and a WiFi internet connection. The living room also has a library with books and board games.
- The sanitary
The sanitary facilities are all on the ground floor. The bathroom is equipped with 2 sinks, one of which is suitable for the height of a child. There you will find a walk-in shower as well as a bathtub for children.
The toilets are separate from the bathroom.
The house also has a laundry room (washing machine, ironing board, clothes horse).

* The exteriors
There is as much to do outside as inside! The garden of more than 1000m² offers sun or shade. The large terrace adjoining the house allows you to take your meals outside. Children will find many games there, and access to the swimming pool (secure access). The garden also contains fruit trees which can be picked freely (depending on the season).
- The terraces
A 50m² terrace is accessible on the ground floor from the house. You have at your disposal an outdoor table for 6 to 8 people, with a sun shade for shade. From the terrace, you will have the majority of children's games and the swimming pool in view. The accessories are in the immediate vicinity and available: deckchairs, barbecue.
You will also have the small terrace to enjoy the morning sun as a couple!
- The swimming pool
The swimming pool is in operation from May to September. It can be heated with a heat pump (depending on the weather). A roll-up bubble cover is at your disposal to avoid heat loss. A landing net or a cleaning robot will be at your disposal to ensure the cleanliness of the water.
- The garden
Grass, trees, more grass, and small stones here and there! Depending on the season, fruit on the trees (cherries, plums, nuts) and flowers in the garden…
- The parking
The courtyard of the cottage will allow you to park one or two cars. You also have several spaces outside.
The neighbourhood is very safe.

* Animals
Our mini-farm welcomes a small band of hens, dwarf goats and a pony! Discover them in their living environment.
- How it works ?
Your children can access it when they want (under your responsibility), feed the animals (morning or evening), collect the eggs and take care of the animals if they wish.
