About this property

The house has been completed since May 2019, we have been living there since taking a lot of fun. We are 1km from the bay of La Baule, while being in a very quiet area, even in summer. We only rent our house during our vacation. The house is 150 m2 on a plot of 450m2. The living room the living / dining room which is 40m2 and the adjoining kitchen are very bright. They open onto a large 35m2 terrace, facing south / west. A large 6m60 awning protects against the heat.
You will find on the ground floor a beautiful master suite, you enter through a beautiful dressing room, at the far right is the bedroom which also has direct access to the garden and on the left there is a large bathroom with a bath and a nice shower. On the 1st floor, you arrive on a small mezzanine with a sofa / bed, a TV and a DVD player. The corridor leads to 3 bedrooms, a toilet and the bathroom with a shower.

Séjour à La Baule

En dépit d'une météo peu favorable, nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette maison, très fonctionnelle, avec un jardin clos et une terrasse très agréable dans un quartier très calme. La maison est à 5 minutes en voiture du centre commerçant de Pornichet et de la plage de La Baule et des sentiers côtiers, ou une quinzaine de minutes à pieds. L'emplacement permet également de sortir très vite de La Baule pour les visites dans la région. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et attentifs au fait que tout se passe bien.

Jolie maison belle terrasse

Maison moderne de bon goût avec une très belle terrasse. On peut profiter pleinement de d’extérieur. Accueil en confiance et sympathique

Excellent séjour

Maison magnifique avec un très bel extérieur. Emplacement tres calme bien situé. Les propriétaires sont très gentils et prévenants. La semaine est passée très vite. Nous reviendrons.
