A wonderful home East of CU campus in a lovely neighborhood. Home is well designed and decorated and offers an extensive kitchen for cooking and relaxing. We loved this place and look forward to staying here again.

We had a wonderful stay at Erin’s house. It was clean, well thought out, and very conveniently located. Erin was extremely helpful and cooperative in every way, from having us pick a door code we could easily remember to coming over in person to set the heating and air conditioning when we were too tired to figure it out. We now consider this property to be our Boulder home away from home. Five stars fir sure!

Very peaceful, well presented clean and comfortable property in a good, quiet area. We stayed for five nights and slept well on the comfortable beds. Everything went smoothly with Erin and she was attentive and responsive. Nice garden as well. Would stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Erin's house. It was a great place for us to hang our hat for 1 week and Erin could not have been nicer to work with and was incredibly responsive before and during our stay.

The communication with the host was great dealing with check in and other things. The house was as shown in the photos. Great beds and linens. The kitchen was very updated and nice appliances and the bathroom as well. It was nice to have bath toiletries and kitchen paper towels and detergent for whole stay. The outdoor decks were wonderful and nice backyard. The host gave recommendations on the area - things to do and restaurants. Overall, good experience.

We greatly enjoyed our stay. The house is well located in a quiet neighborhood close to shopping, downtown and walking paths. The house was incredibly well stocked with kitchen equipment and the host made available food condiments. We would definitely stay here again when we are in Boulder.

This was a perfect spot for two retired teachers. It was clean, kitchen extremely well-stocked. Be sure to have dinner at Carelli's of Boulder. (we did....TWICE!). The neighborhood is very quiet and we felt very safe!
