Lovely condo

We loved the condo! Adorable and spacious, loved the deck. Would recommend. Cleaning company could have done better, but everything else was great.

The only problem that we had at all with the property was gnats. They were everywhere. Other than that a great week of rest and relaxation.

Week getaway

Overall pretty good! Had a few issues and after talking with the lady at Thomas ( Donna ) she handled the issue! Owners could use some new cookware!! But really had a good time!! Looking to come back in September!

Poor cleaning

When we got there, there was marijuana in the drawer with rolling papers, some of the dishes were dirty, the bathroom sink was leaking, and there was old food on the balcony. There was also a ringing noise that “couldn’t be fixed” that came at random times.

We regret that your stay at Beachwalk 401 was not as you had expected. They are still trying to find the source of the ringing sound at the condo. It is very frustrating. We do hope that the monetary compensation given does show that our true desire was to provide you with a nice stay even though circumstances did not allow that to occur.

Great View and Beach

The condo we stayed at had a Fantastic view of the ocean from the 9th floor and facing the south for optimal sun exposure. Loved the cozy, homey feel .
