Great property with a great location!

Great place with lots of surrounding amenities

This place was absolutely delightful. It was perfect for my husband and I. It has a beautiful man made lake to take great walks. Convenience of grocery stores and restaurants within walking distance. The owners of the place were very prompt with communication. We would definitely recommend this spot for your vacation stay. We will love to stay here again when passing thru Chandler AZ.

Great heated pool & hot tub at the lake!

Enjoyed Anderson Springs with lovely grounds, heated swimming pools and hot tubs, and the lake! Condo was very comfortable and well furnished. Kitchen was well stocked. Could have used an ironing board. Hosts were very accessible & provided timely communication. We would rent here again. Thanks, Kirk & Monica!

Great hosts and property

We stayed 2 months at Kirk and Monica’s condo. It was a wonderful experience. The condo was well stocked with necessities, beds comfortable, furnace worked well—-no need for the a/c in January and February. We were used to satellite TV but adapted quite well to the many channels on the antenna and WiFi. We cooked a lot and had everything we needed in utensils, pots and pans, baking dishes. Fry’s grocery is 0.2 mile away and if you’re a coffee drinker Rush Coffee is a place you have to check out! In summary we had such a great time in the community. The neighbors are friendly, walking areas outstanding. The only thing I missed was my grand daughter and reclining chair. Thanks Monica and Kirk for being a text away to answer questions!

Perfect!

We needed a place to come home to after working long days on a project in Chandler. This was perfect. Enough living and dining space for three adults, well-furnished kitchen, comfortable beds, nice bathrooms. Easy access to safe, well-maintained complex. Easy walk for coffee, groceries, or recreation. Clear, speedy communication with owners. Highly recommended!

Too short of a stay in Chandler

Although we had to cut our trip short due to the Coronavirus, we enjoyed our short stay in Chandler. This property was very convenient for us. Close to the spring training games we planned to see. Good location and plenty of restaurants and grocery stores close by. I would highly recommend this property. (FYI-It is in the second floor)
