The LA FERME DU FAY holiday rental is located on the ground floor of a large, renovated farmhouse in the very quiet hamlet of Le Fay, 1 km from the centre of the village of Sixt Fer A Cheval.
The cottage has 3 bedrooms with double beds (+ a sofa bed that sleeps 2 people—please note that the sofa does not offer the comfort of a cosy bed...).
The 6–8-person cottage consists of two separate areas, allowing it to accommodate two families, each of whom can enjoy their own privacy if they wish (one area for 6 people + one area for 2–3 people).
A spacious dining and living area provides plenty of room for everyone to gather (the table seats up to 10 people!!).

The property is located 200 m from the cross-country ski trails and 500 m from the downhill ski slopes in Sixt (an ideal learning area for children and beginners). For those looking for a large ski area, the village of Sixt is 5 km from Samoëns and the Grand Massif Express; free shuttles take you to the Samoëns Grand Massif ski area.
65 km from Chamonix Mont Blanc. 60 km from Geneva. Numerous hiking trails, accessible in both summer and winter, begin just 150 m from the house. A large garden, a spacious terrace, and private parking are available free of charge.

A supermarket, bars, restaurants, and shops await you in Sixt Fer A Cheval. You can take advantage of a special discount on ski rentals at the Go Sport Sixt store (downhill skiing, cross-country skiing, snowboarding, ski touring, sledding, etc.). An end-of-stay cleaning fee of 80 euros is available. A security deposit of 400 euros is required upon key pickup. Bedding (optional) is available for 13 euros per bed. Bath and toilet towels (optional) are available for 5 euros per person.

Located in a small, very quiet hamlet consisting mainly of traditional buildings (farms, an old washhouse, and a chapel). Starting from the property: numerous hiking trails for short walks or more challenging hikes. Mountain bike trails are just a short distance from the farm.
