About this property

Family Friendly home with Heated Pool and Private Beach at the Jersey Shore

Very kid friendly 4 bed/3 full bath house with a heated pool and 1 block from a beautiful private beach in mantoloking...a prime jersey shore town. The house is conveniently located between point pleasant and Lavallette. We have a ton of toys and kid items like pack and play, high chair , baby gate etc. And a little bit about the house: There are 3 bedrooms upstairs and 2 full baths (master with king, room with twin bunk beds, and a twin day bed that pulls out to a king) and then a queen bed and full bath downstairs. Also has a pull out couch in downstairs living room. Then there is an upstairs living room as well (TVs in both). Central a/c, gas grill, beach chairs and includes 10 beach passes to private (not crowded!) beach. Fenced in backyard with heated pool and outdoor shower. Guests have access to the entire house except for the garage and 3 closets. Feel free to send any questions. Please note our pool and hot tub are closed for the season from mid October-late April. Inquire for exact dates. We use this house regularly and are looking for other families who want to share our special place!

Amazing Home

We had a great time staying in this treat of a home. It was a bit colder and the heated pool really sealed the deal for us. Clean rooms, great kitchen, awesome location. Couldn’t ask for a better stay!

Great Mantalocking Beach House

Very nice place. The hosts were very helpful and responsive. The house was very clean and well kept. The pool was the star of the show very nice. Very close to the beach.

Anniversary Getaway

Wonderful Stay in Brick Township at the Shore

My family and I had a wonderful stay at the Jersey Shore that Stacie and Phil were renting out. The location was perfect and exactly as the listing said. Having a heated pool and beach access within a 3min walk was a game changer for my family. Additionally, the home is spacious for a families as we had 6 Adults and 2 Babies in the house - and everyone felt very comfortable. The only feedback is that the house could have been a bit cleaner, but house had all the cleaning products we needed if we wanted to do a bit more cleaning while on site for our stay. Thanks again to Stacie and Phil for the great stay. Highly recommend.

Lovely house in great neighborhood with fabulous kitchen.

We were three seniors looking for a relaxing week. Steps down to living room & porch were difficult for me bc I use a walker. Dual thermostats terrific. The pool had no railing for the hot tub or the shallow end. Would have liked to have. No whirlpool in hot tub. Beautifully decorated and great sunporch. Skylight in master bath is gorgeous. Ceiling fans great. Kitchen & bathrooms completely stocked with everything u can imagine. Pretty house.
