The basement apartment is occupied by the owner; however, when the villa is rented to our guests, she is not present at all times. It is important to note that all common areas (pool, terrace, etc.) are reserved exclusively for our guests.

Andrea, the house manager, will be happy to arrange the bedding to your liking. She also takes care of pool and garden maintenance.
