Condo Near Downtown Naples

The condo was pleasant and as described on VRBO with the exception that it listed satellite/cable. This condo had neither. It did have a Roku with several streaming channels but no satellite or cable. We had many inconveniences of the electricity going out due to the electrical box in the condo. The owner replied immediately to our reports and had an electrician come out. However, the problem was never solved and we were without electricity several days. It would have been nice to be compensated for the many electrical problems we experienced.

I apologize if the listing showed satellite/cable. It has wifi and smart tv's, both of which had Roku. The electricity problem was beyond my control. There was a malfunction in the main panel. I addressed it quickly and effectively. On Thursday , just after noon, the renter contacted me and advised me of a partial power problem. I had an electrician there within 90 minutes. He did a temporary repair which was completed by 3:30. The following day, Friday, the power failed again, I immediately got the electrician back and it was corrected. Only a couple of outlets and counter lights were still not working. The renter said that this was not a problem as they were leaving on Sunday morning anyways. They were not prevented from enjoying all that Naples had to offer. BTW, the renters were there for 14 nights. The power problem happened on day 12 of 14. As for an adjustment, if the renters decide to rent again, I will happily make concessions for them in the next contract period.
