STR 2024-000030 permit number…. Located within walking distance to Kyle Field and TAMU. This unforgettable light airy spacious large loft is perfect for overnight guests, game day-weekends, graduation, ring day, parents weekend, sports events, mother daughter events, bridal showers etc. Fun and comfortable place to stay with access to a large back yard with 6 picnic tables. Small gathering outside in the backyard are welcome but not inside the home.
This newly built spacious loft suite has 4 queen size beds. There are 2 private showers, 2 private toilets, coffee pot and plenty of space and storage in the main room, but NO KITCHEN. This huge loft is gorgeous and has the finest mattresses, linens, and ceiling fans. The loft has its' own private entrance via outside staircase through the backyard. All the details make it perfect. Individual shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, mouth wash, face wipes etc.
Parking available for 3 cars. A relaxing clean space with natural light for a comfortable, lovely and most memorable stay. Located steps away from Kyle Field, and TAMU campus.
Enjoy the pregame flyover prior to game and walk to the stadium.

Please know that this is a historic home. You may have additional guests in the back yard ONLY. It is a fun place for gathering before the game, BUT THE PLUMBING will not tolerate your backyard guests to use the toilets. This is a strict rule, and any plumbing issues will be billed to you in addition to the rental of the property.

Why they chose this property

Steps away from Kyle Field. Gorgeous location and house. The 500 Fairview LOFT is absolutely beautiful and appointed with custom art and decorations. There are rules by the city that must be observed. Please be aware of these before booking. Noise ordinances etc.

What makes this property unique

NO SMOKING or use of any type tobacco/Vaping/ Illegal substances on the premises. NO PETS at all.
