One-Level Spacious Home with Central Air in Eastward Look
Perfect summer getaway! This sprawling, one level home is a short walk to both Scarborough State Beach and a neighborhood park with playground and tennis courts. Plenty of space for everyone with two living rooms, dining area and kitchen. Central air conditioning throughout!
Additional amenity charges for summer guests: Professionally laundered bedsheets, bath towels, and light comforters are provided for all occupants. Beds are made only once, prior to arrival (multiple week guests will have linens dropped off starting their 2nd week). Multiple week guests are charged the linen fee per week at a discounted rate. Beach towels are not included. Guests that book 14 nights or greater will be charged an additional $25 cleaning fee. All reservations are subject to a reservation, cleaning and linen fee, and all applicable state and local tax.
Cameras/surveillance: Exterior camera located on the front door facing the street for safety and security reasons only.
