Cancellation/refund notes: If you need to cancel, you will partially be refunded or released of the obligation to pay the cleaning fee, linen fee, security deposit and taxes associated with those fees, you will be responsible for the rental rate (plus taxes) - not a complete forfeit. If your week is rebooked by another party you will be released of all money obligations less a $250 cancellation fee.

Additional amenity charges for summer guests: Professionally laundered bedsheets, bath towels, and light comforters are provided for all occupants. Beds are made only once, prior to arrival (multiple week guests will have linens dropped off starting their 2nd week). Multiple week guests are charged the linen fee per week at a discounted rate. Beach towels are not included. Guests that book 14 nights or greater will be charged an additional $25 cleaning fee. All reservations are subject to a reservation, cleaning and linen fee, and all applicable state and local tax.

Pet fee: Pet friendly on a case by case basis (0-25lbs). If approved there will be a $200.00 nonrefundable pet fee per pet, an additional $50.00 cleaning fee per pet.
