Newly renovated summer cottage with central A/C

Feel the stress of our long winter melt away and enjoy a relaxing summer vacation in our charming cottage with some of New England’s most beautiful beaches just minutes away. Located in a quiet Point Judith neighborhood, you'll find yourselves centrally located with Narragansett’s best in casual and fine dining all within a mile or two. Two of Narragansett's most magnificent beaches are just over a mile away, Scarborough (known best for its amazing surf and boardwalk) and Roger Wheeler (its calm surf is perfect for families with young children.)

Your ‘home away from home’ is recently renovated (June 2022) with a new kitchen, upstairs bath, living room and exterior siding. Home provides the comfort of central A/C, a fully equipped kitchen, cable HDTV/DVD/stereo, Wi-Fi, washer/dryer, a Weber grill and an enclosed hot/cold outdoor shower. We also offer a storage shed for our summer guests with loads of items for you to use during your stay. You'll find beach chairs, boogie boards, a cooler, beach toys, yard toys and games, as well as a beach cart.

Sip your morning coffee, while relaxing to the song of chirping birds and the scamper of our curious neighborhood bunnies on the outdoor patio! This is the perfect spot for all your après beach activities. End your busy day with a relaxing family dinner (perhaps some lobsters and steamers fresh from the Galilee docks right down the road) and enjoy the distant fog horn and scenic backyard setting.

As part of the cleaning fee, clean bed linens, bath towels, beach towels and dish towels will be provided. The objective is to make your stay as simple as possible so you can focus on your vacation and not doing laundry before you leave.

We're on a spacious corner lot, which offers lots of room for playing! Our road is a small neighborhood circle - perfect for riding bikes and scooters. Fisherman's Memorial State Park is less than 1/4 mile away and has a small playground and basketball court for the kids to keep busy during the downtime away from the beach. There is also a fabulous Farmers' Market held at the park's entrance on Sundays.

This is an owner-managed home. All communications will be directly with the homeowners. The majority of our guests have chosen our home year after year for their summer vacation and we believe that is the greatest compliment! We take pride in providing a comfortable, clean environment. Prior to renting to our summer guests, our home is thoroughly scrubbed and cleaned, with bedding and curtains freshly washed and/or replaced. Our goal is to provide you with a vacation experience we would want for ourselves!

Please note, our home is best suited for families with children. Our home is not appropriate for large gatherings such as family reunions, large celebrations, or groups of singles. We do also require a minimum renter age of 26 years old. Thank you for your understanding.
