All the comforts of home, including a spacious second floor landing, eat-in kitchen, private screened deck, private sundeck and more.
Central air conditioning, well-equipped kitchen, washer and dryer too. No smoking. No pets.
Extras: 3 TVs, 2 DVD's, Blu-ray, gas fireplace, wireless Internet. Plus, two bikes (courtesy items not guaranteed)

Awesome space and great location
Loved all the space in the townhouse and the location in sea colony. Close to the pool and can easily catch the tram to the beach. Property owner was awesome to work with!
