4-person, 1-bedroom apartment, 80 meters from Foncillon Beach in Royan

The “Foncillon Bis” apartment is on a raised garden level. It sleeps 4.
The highlight is the location—no need to take the car; everything is within walking distance, and relaxation is guaranteed.
As you enter the apartment, there’s a separate toilet on the right; continuing on, you’ll find a dining room, a living room (with a sleeper sofa), a fully equipped separate kitchen, and a separate bedroom with a 140-cm bed and a large closet.
Finally, there’s the large bathroom (spacious 120x80 shower).
You can enjoy a small outdoor courtyard for having coffee or storing your bikes.
Parking is available across from the building, where spaces are free. All around, the streets also offer free parking spaces.
To reach the beach, simply cross the pedestrian crossing.
The bakery and pharmacy are right at the building’s entrance. The harbour is 200 metres away, and all the city centre shops are located behind the car park.
Finally, there’s a playground right across the street.
The apartment is equipped with a washing machine, a microwave, a refrigerator, and a Dolce Gusto coffee maker...
Smoking is not permitted in the apartment, and pets are allowed ONLY upon request.
Linens are not included in the price but can be provided, and beds can be made upon request. Duvets and pillows are provided.
Beach and/or pool towels are available for rent (100 x 200 / 500 grams).
The accommodation is not suitable for people with limited mobility.
