With a maximum capacity of 175 people and tables to seat 100 people, it`s the ideal venue for corporate retreats, weddings, family reunions, large groups, and so much more. Why they chose this property

My wife and I tried To purchase this property approximately 20 years ago but it didn’t work out! My wife’s maiden name is Cotter and she has family routes that go back over 100 years to Cotter. When this property became available it was a no brainer for us to pick it up and add it to our unique vacation properties. We love fixing up historic buildings for people to enjoy. Cotter Arkansas is such a quaint little town. We love Cotter because it is very relaxing it is full of nature and it’s just a good way to slow down and spend time with family.

What makes this property unique

Lots of room to roam. Only 60 seconds to the historic White River and a beautiful piece of history!
