House 4 to 5 people located in Jullouville in a very quiet street 400m from the sea and shops (there is everything you need to refuel). Ideal location to do everything on foot.

A kitchen equipped with oven, hob, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment.

a bedroom with two bunk beds and a drawer for the 3rd bed (3 duvets and 3 pillows)

2 courtyards, one at the front of the house and the other at the back.
Front: large terrace with garden furniture, a relaxation lounge and deckchairs on synthetic grass. Wicket gate that is locked for more security.
Behind: shed (a few bikes available), barbecue available (weber charcoal not provided), outdoor shower, courtyard with gravel with the possibility of entering your vehicle (gate that locks).
Board games, beach toys, 3 children's scooters, beach rackets, petanque balls, molky, bodyboards, fishing equipment are also available.
On request, it is possible to borrow a wooden high chair for baby.

Daily departures to Chausey Islands, Jersey from Granville.

The vast beaches welcome you for a romantic getaway or an active holiday. Take the GR223 and its small paths for pleasant walks or hikes with exceptional panoramas, to the tip of Grouin-du-Sud, with its surprising viewpoint and tidal bore to admire. Crossing the bay of Mont-Saint-Michel on foot is possible, accompanied by a guide. Ideal drop-off point for lovers of fishing on foot. Many activities await you in Jullouville and its surroundings: walking, mountain biking, horse riding, golf, sailing, sand yachting, paddleboarding, kitesurfing...
