This upstairs vacation rental unit is 2nd row Garden City 80 feet to wooden dune walk-over to beach, with easy, quick access to the beach feet to boardwalk. WITH NEW REMODLED KITCHEN QUARTZ COUNTERS AND NEW REFRIGERATOR AND CABINETS ALSO REMODLED WALKIN SHOWERs IN BOTH BATHS. It is located about a mile south of the Garden City pier and has excellent views of both the ocean and the marsh of Murrell's Inlet. ABEACHINHOUSE Up has 2 bedrooms, both with queen-size beds and a pull-out sofa that will accommodate 2 additional people. 2 bathrooms, fully stocked kitchen, large spacious NO TOWELS or SHEETS PROVIDED.
