The condo boasts three cozy bedrooms, ensuring a restful night's sleep for everyone. Rates do not include Taxes and Service Fees. MINIMUM AGE 21. 6 ADULTS MAX. Photo ID may be required at check-in. We do not rent to Horry County Residents.

There are security cameras located in the front and back of the building. There are no cameras inside the unit.

Rental agreement must be signed within 3 days of booking to ensure a seamless check-in process.

Cozy Inlet Rental

The rental was quite nice, it was well-maintained and clean. We love playing board games and it has a large kitchen table area. Everything seemed new and well taken care of, would recommend staying here for sure!

Clean and close to beach

The property was very clean and up-to-date. Only a 5-minute walk to the beach, though we noticed there was parking available at the beach access if we got there by 10:30. We noticed the iron was missing mid-stay and management delivered one the next day. We would stay here again!

Excellent getaway retreat!

This place is more beautiful than the pictures and very spacious. It is very clean. The distance to the beach is a short walk with so much to offer in the area. The beds and couches were comfortable. We loved to have our morning coffee on the deck in the backyard and watch the ducks. The beach chairs were near the outside shower and very useful! I would recommend staying here and we would come back here is we return to the area. The host was nothing be easy to work with. Top notch!

loved the location and the place was clean the only drawback was the bed - it was too small for the frame resulting in the frame sticking out and the mattress sliding and it was not a queen. The property manager was the absolute best and answered every inquiry and concern right away! Hès a keeper!!!!

There is AMPLE parking for both units and golf carts. The management company is great with communications and any issues that may arise. This fit all 6 adults and did not feel over crowed at all. They have everything on premises that you need to make great family memories! My daughter got engaged this trip so this location will always hold a special place in our hearts! We will stay here EVERY time we come down until we buy our own piece of paradise. That you for an amazing vacation.

Amazing Visit

We came to the MB area for a weeklong baseball tournament. We needed enough room for the 5 of us, the ability to do laundry and make meals. This was perfect. Anything we needed, was taken care of. Quick communication from the property management company. The one thing we will note is that this its the second story unit, which was not originally posted in the listing on VRBO. If you do not wanna carry stuff up stairs, be mindful of that. Location was super nice, updated and clean. Area was also super nice, a quick few minute walk to the beach and a canal area near the property as well. Overall perfect for our needs!

We had a really nice stay overall. The property is about 2-3 blocks from the ocean, which was generally an easy walk for us. Could be tougher with little kids and a bunch of beach equipment though. Clean and bright, modern/updated finishes. Lots of space- we really appreciated that everyone had room to unwind. Two notes to be aware of- there's a full flight of stairs to reach the unit AND all of the fans and lights are controlled with the same type of remote. . . In this unit and the one below I think. We had several times that our lights and fans would seemingly randomly turn on and off, and it took us a few days to realize that it was because someone in another room had turned on/off their ceiling fan or the folks below us had.
