The home is regularly treated with non-toxic pest repellent. Still, this property is located in a historic neighborhood in the desert. Bugs are a part of life here in the southwest. While we make every effort to stay on top of pest control and keep the apartments spotless for guests, we cannot completely control nature and therefore you may see the occasional bug. Please be aware of this and make sure you're ok with the possibility before booking.
The Neighborhood: We love the historic feel and the charm that Old Town delivers. It's always enjoyable to slow down and spend time strolling through the square and the numerous shops and restaurants available. We feel perfectly safe walking around Old Town both day and night, just sticking to the immediate blocks around the plaza, and around Rio Grande Blvd. Going from Central towards Downtown does have some isolated stretches so it is recommended to use common safety sense as you would in any big city.

We enjoyed our stay in ABQ! Excellent location near Old Town, walking distance to restaurants and shopping. The spacious home was clean and well equipped. Our dogs loved the secure yard, and our host was very accommodating and easy to communicate with.
We were a quick in and out but the stay was awesome. Taryn is a great host and everything was well explained, the place was clean and we would definitely stay there again!
The house was extremely comfortable and clean. The location was great for walking around Old Town as well as convenient to the interstate to access everything further away. We loved it and would definitely want to stay here again next time we are in town!
We had a wonderful stay at this property. The location was excellent, close to Old Town and the Rio Grande. We were able to do a lot of activities and eat some very good food. We recommend!
Wonderful house in a fantastic location. Very clean. Host checked in with us after we arrived to make sure everything was okay. Loved being able to walk down to Old Town. Would recommend for sure.
We loved our stay! The property was more than we expected and the location was perfect too. The host was easy to communicate with and made our stay a smooth and very comfortable. I highly recommend staying here. Thank you!
This home was ideal for us. It is not fancy and is an older home, but it was clean, quiet, and spacious and the beds were really comfortable! We appreciated having two separate bedrooms. The location is ideal— just a short walk to old town and the plaza, but off on a quiet dead-end street, so we were not bothered by car noises or people at night. Would recommend!

We had a great time visiting Albuquerque and this property was a great place to stay! It was clean and well appointed and within walking distance to old town. It had a fenced yard for the dog (if you have a small dog, the gate may have large enough spacing for them to get out, so you may have to block off the gate, but it wasn't a problem for my 60lb dog). It was also very close to the paseo del Bosque bike trail which was great, as we brought our bikes. I would stay again if ever in the area.
Great spot and easy check-in. All the amenities one would need. Close enough to walk to old town. Space for the pup to play. Even a garage. All I would say is that it was lacking in a little charm. It felt like an investor-owned property. Other nearby options have a bit more charm.
