If you step outside, you`ll be able to hear the church bells of San Felipe de Neri Church, the oldest building in the city, built in 1793. Explore fantastic museums, restaurants, and Southwest galleries.
One of the best things about the Historic Old Town neighborhood is its central location, giving you easy access to all of Albuquerque.
Easy drive or bike ride to other attractions such as the Rio Grande, Sawmill District, UNM, Downtown & Nob Hill. This is a private 2-bedroom traditional Pueblo style home. It has a spacious kitchen and a nice size table in the dining room area, great for remote work. There is a cozy living room area for tv watching and a nice enclosed patio view of Old Town. Comfortably sleeps 5 people.
With considerate attention to detail, our home has been recently renovated with new floors, furniture, fresh paint and is furnished and fully stocked!
