The main level has vaulted ceilings and windows that allow in plenty of natural light. Prepare amazing meals in the well-equipped, gourmet kitchen, or toss something on the gas grill out on your furnished deck, then dine together at the table. After exciting days on the mountain, cozy up on the sofa by the gas fireplace and watch your favorite show or movie on the TV. On-site amenities include a shared, heated outdoor pool, a hot tub, and a tennis court. During the winter months, there is a looping daytime shuttle available to guests to make it easy to get around Steamboat.

At Cross Timbers, you can indulge yourself in all the splendors the base area has to offer. There are countless shops and restaurants in the base area to explore or just sit back and relax in an armchair and listen to the sounds of Burgess Creek in the summer. Things to Know
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Sports teams and college groups are prohibited by the HOA.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
